L.A fans have ruined a great tradition.

I expected L.A to win, but was really dissapointed with the 5min major power play around the 10min mark of the first. Bernier single handedly decided the outcome of the game that early on.

We all said to each other after the 3 PP goals in the 1st period, "that's it, game over". Sort of spoiled the outcome of the game. Would have been nice to see another tight game with an "on the edge of your seat" ending.

Since 2003-04(excluding the lockout season), 4 Canadian teams (Flames in 04, Oilers in 06, Senators in 07, and Canucks in 2011) went to the Finals. All but the Senators (who lost in 5 games) lost in 7. So don't tell me they haven't had chances in the last decade to take home the Cup.

Whiny, Pussy canadian Fans need to stop pretending the NHL is a Canadian league. I dont care what country the majority of the players are from. You dont hear Latino baseball fans crying.

The NHL is mostly Canadian players. But their teams are a minority and fans have to stop whining that they have been help cupless for so long.

You want the NHL out of the US, where it was founded and the majority of its money is made.

Agreed. I have a hard time liking the idea of Nashville, but they are a stable franchise. So I cvan give them a pass. I hate that Carolina and Tampa have cups, but they make it work. The Traditionalist in me will never forget the Whalers, but if they can hold their own I am ok.

Phoenix needs to move TODAY. Put them in any of those cities. Or somewhere in Ontario. It will work. Phoenix is never going to work.

Would keep Florida since their attendance and fan support level is decent and its not like Tampa has a huge advantage unlike the vast difference between the Rangers and Islanders in New York.

Makes a lot more sense to drop or move the Islanders and Phoenix considering both keep swapping each other every year for worst supported team and Phoenix was dead last this year even though they made the playoffs.

I dunno why he's bitching. 5 Canadian teams combined have won the cup like 43 out of the 95 times it's been won. So like almost half for 5 teams? Pretty good record even with a 19 year drought or whatever imo.
