I never saw the attraction of watching the wrestler walk to the ring. I always just want to start the action so hence i turn them off.

Even though its not his current gimmick, its awesome to see him there. I hope they have the Ego Trip as his finisher.

So thats what the stamina meter is. I really like that, the details in this game are cheeseburger quality. And that is REALLY good if something is cheeseburger quality.

Well, considering you're a garbage wrestling fan, it's no surprise.

I'm all about the full package: ring entrance, action, after-match pose. It's all about realism for me, not isntant gratification.

I bet you couldn't give a shit about Season mode, right? Because of all those storylines and heel turns and crap like that.

The only time I turn off entrances is when I'm trying to speed through a season (just playing for attributes/money/whatever). For exhibition matches and my first time through season, I leave them on. Like people have said, it adds to the WWE "feel."

Yeah, in SYM/HCTP I watched virtually every entrance ahead of time and so when the time came for the game the entrances didn't totally surprise me (not like it mattered...it still looked a million times better on TV).....I only watched a select few for SVR ahead of time, but I ended up getting less and less hyped each day for that game

Still, I'll watch everyone's entrance at least once in either exhibition/season (likely skipping my own entrance most of the time in season)

I can't believe this is still like 2 months away Gonna be hard to play SVR anymore (not like I do anyway)

Disturbed's Countdown Notes: Rob Conway


Video 1 - The Enterance

Hmmm, Rob Conway eh? How can I sum up my feelings about this guy being in? FINALLY! Just look at me, oh just look at me! I've seen about 3 seconds of this enterance and I think it is my favourite one so far. Conway comes out with THE TAG TEAM TITLE around his waist, were it belongs I say. Conway struts his way down to the ring, stoping to taunt the crowd. Lillian calls him Rob-errrrrrr Conway. Conway gets in the ring and taunts some more. I gotta say, the tag title looks amazing.

Video 2 - Fight Time

It's the Con-man vs Jindrak, and Conway starts things off early with a running elbow which flattens Jindrak. Conway levels Jindrak with a gutbuster and follows it up with a huge knee to the gut. After a couple of reversals Conway hits a neckbreaker, followed by more reversals, followed by a northern lights suplex.

Video 3 - The End

Conway and Jindrak are fighting on the outside and Conway is lacking serious stamina. When they get back in the ring Conway locks in a neck vice, which causes Jindrak to tap out. When he taps out the screen goes slightly blurry ala matrix style, pretty nice. The ref raises Conway's arm as he tries to catch his breath. I'm guessing your stamina also has a knock on affect of your celebrations too.

Video 1 - The Enterance

Yes, another Diva! One less to go. Don't get me wrong, IRL I don't mind them, but I've never used them in any of the Smackdown games, unless I'm forced to or just want to see some pixelated boobies Christy comes out all energetic like she does in real life. She has her real music by The Hives, it seems they have really gone all out this year on the music front. Christy makes her way into the ring and taunts alot.

Video 2 - Fight Time

It's Christy vs Michelle McWho and Christy wastes little time and knocks her down with a shoulder block. Michelle drops Christy with a reverse DDT after countering a punch. Christy fights back though with a knee and some slaps. Christy drops Michelle with a neckbreaker and then hits her with the kitchen sink. Christy taunts Michelle when she is down, but gets smacked in the gob for it.

Video 3 - The End

Christy hits a back body drop and regains stamina. Christy then nails Michelle with a DDT and pins her for three. Christy celebrates by blowing kisses to the crowd.

Gameinformer notes on Angle vs Triple H and CAB
We see whoever is playing this cycle through the many options of the game. An interesting one that shows up is called Title Match. No prizes for guessing what you can do in that mode. They cycle through the superstars and we get a glimpse at some of the superstar ratings we haven't yet seen on WOTD, although we have all seen them now due to that list of pictures put up.

The settle on Angle vs Triple H, and they are fighting in the Smackdown areana. The intro's start and Angle's pyro goes "pop", not "bang" but "pop". Lots of you suck chants. Angle gets in the ring and does his spining taunt thing. H is out next, lots off boo's for him too. H makes his way down to the ring and does his usual spitting thing and then climbs the ropes and taunts.

Match starts out with a clothesline for H by Angle reverses and sends H flying. Cole accuses Angle of cheating to win his gold medal, Tazz flys on the defence though. Angle locks in a head vice before dropping H's neck over the top rope. H regains control and locks in an indian death lock. They seem to have their noses up H's arse, as they are always going on about how he is the best in the business etc. Utter bullshit.

Tazz calls Cole girlpants after attack H for taunting. Angle's legs are yellow after alot of work on them by H. Whoever is playing this game completly sucks at it or the AI has been greatly improved. H is walking all over Angle and then H hits a pedigree on Angle, but he kicks out at 2. H locks in the death lock again to put more pain on the legs. Angle starts to fight back with bitch slaps and a shoulder block.

Angle and H are on the outsider wnad H tries a piledriver but Angle reverses it, nice. Angle slams H's head into the ring apron, which looks like it hurt alot. They get back in the ring and H whips Angle right out the ring with a hard irish whip. Angle gets back in and locks in a sleeper and we see that new sleeper hold mechanic working. H escapes on the first attempt, what a suprise. H then whips Angle out the ring again, to which the video ends. Screwjob ending anyone?

Create A Belt

Bit hard to do notes for this one as all it shows you is the options available. The prices have been greatly lowered, which is great because it means we will actually be able to make belts this time round. A new feature on this mode is you can now engrave peoples names onto the titles nameplate, awesome

Conway looks amazing, Hemme looks slightly odd at a distance but looks great close up.
