Disturbed's Countdown Notes: Danny Basham


Video 1 - The Entrance

Has Danny Basham actually been on Raw since the trade? Anyway, he comes out with his Cabernet titantron and attire. He gets in the ring and taunts. Nothing spectacular here.

Video 2 - Fight Time

It's Danny vs The Hurricane and Danny is pounding away on Hurricane. Danny hits a couple of knee's before slamming 'Cane down. The crowd are rightly chanting "You Suck". Danny hits a jaw breaker while JR and King talk about how great Danny is.

Video 3 - The End

Danny seems to be low on stamina or 'Cane has given him abit of a beating, but Danny hits back with the Brain Damage which goes into an auto pin for the three. Some strange generic rock music plays, which is completly different to his enterance.

Video 1 - The Entrance

The crowd are booing the shit out of Michaels as he makes his entrance. Michaels comes out in his bondage attire and prances around on stage abit. lol some person in the crowd has a sign which says "my sign is upside down". Michaels model looks fantastic. His pyro goes off to more boos as makes his way down to the ring. He gets in the ring and poses.

Video 2 - Fight Time

ROCKER DROPPER! HBK hits this on Masters as the match gets underway. Masters is wearing some weird blue outfit, I've never seen it before. HBK hits a snap suplex and another rocker dropper. A neck breaker is followed up with a dragon screw.

Video 3 - The End

Masters is busted open as HBK continues the attack. HBK hits the Sweet Chin Music, which still has the anoying over selling flip and HBK strut. Ref counts to three and HBK celebrates by taunting the crowd.

You know whats funny? We all hate a shitty wrestler in real life, Chris Masters, we say he has no talent and has a lame finisher and we have no idea why he gets a push. But when hes in a video game and he has his entrance and all of his moves in real life, we mark out

Though everyone hasn't been seen yet, I think this will be the first SD game ever in which everyone seems to be practically spot on...there's a few screwy things (such as JBL having abs), but on the whole the detail is ridiculous

I still maintain I can't wait to see what Jericho looks like in this game

Joy comes out to some crappy dance music. She walks down to the ring, stopping halfway down to do some little wiggle. She gets in the ring and wiggles again.

Video 2 - Fight Time

Joy lays some knee's into Michelle and takes her down with a dropkick. She then hits a variation of the Diamond Cutter and then applies an arm crank.

Video 3 - The End

Joy hits the slap special and gets the three. She celebrates by blowing kisses to the crowd.

Yay, no more Diva's. I've only ever seen Joy once, when JBL was covering her with champagne at the Rumble, but it seems a pretty good likeness. The commentry seems to be improving all the time.
