Even though it's retarded to have any all star game decide home field/court advantage in the finals it should definitely be basketball instead of baseball, because the NBA allstar game is always such a fucking joke. Nobody plays defense, all they do is try to set up some ridiculous dunk or have Shaq shoot 3 pointer. It's not like there is much fooling around to do in baseball, they play it like a normal game.

I don't get why that makes it a joke. It's not serious competition but it's still entertaining to see what some of these guys can do when they are out in the open.

West did an awful job with 5 seconds left, let's just throw it to 'Melo and make him force up an ugly contested 3 point shot. I know it's the All Star game but why not actually draw up a play? The East did a couple times at the end coming off of time-outs.
