Oh yeah, won the UEFA Cup last season. Signed Laurent Robert on a free and I *think* I should be able to get Tomasson on a free too. If he stops holding out for more money

righto, i started a new game, with no dodgy dealing on my behalf this time

i'm morecambe again, and when I first got the team I nearly wept, cause all of them bar like 3 people suck insane amounts of balls.

on top of that I had a whopping 12k to spend, which wasn't nice.

I managed to whore some players out by offering them to jobber clubs at knockdown prices though, and I bought a few awesome players and some jobbers who didn't job quite as hard as half of my current team.

my goalkeepers are fucking shite and I can't find a single keeper worth his salt to join me, not even on loan. I can't find any good loan players actually that want to come to bastard morecambe anyway.

SO ANYWAY

i somehow managed to sign Oskarsson and Porhallsson or however you spell it, both from Por, with the stupid P thing.

Then I hooked up this ukrainian AMC from somewhere or other, and he's the fucking man. my only consistant player really.

Oskarsson started off mad well, average rating of 9.88 something like 20 games into the season, scoring 2-5 goals in most games.

he's having a few quiet spells now though

porhallsson has been utter shit for me, so i stuck him on left wing instead of striker for a bit, and he's still doing fuck all, the lazy bastard

I have a defensive midfielder who's good but knocks every shot into like row Z or something.

My keeper is fucking dire, I haven't seen him dive once yet. I have some swedish guy joining early december though when his contract runs out.

I'm like 1.5k over my wage bill, which while it doesn't sound like much, adds up pretty quick when you're bastard morecambe was like 2.9k though before i flogged half my team and gave the rest of them cut-price contracts

also, all the bastard jobber fans got behind my keeper when i started criticizing him in the hope he'd fucking save the bastard ball once in a while

Also, I got knocked out of the vans trophy by oldham after a goal in extra time, up until which point it was 3-3. would've been more if i hadn't had a player sent off and my keeper being generally shit, along with half of my defense

that said, i'm top of the table with a goal difference 3 times that of any other team

also, 2nd round of the FA cup port vale or some other div 2 team. i've already beat port vale in the vans trophy though 6-0 or something.

had a fair few 5+ goal matches

I wouldn't think it would take a huge toll, the main toll is usually on the hosts machine, so it would be best for someone with broadband.

Also Mads Timm is mad good.... see what I did there.

I LOVE THIS GAME

My Torquay team is amazing, a mixture of talent bought over the summer and the older guys, its a great squad, and we already won the Charity Shield 2-0 over Man U. My aim is to not get relegated, then build on it.

none of my goalkeepers like me. I fined my #1 because he was always putting in shite performances and costing me matches and the other one is mad because ages ago he was whinging that I don't play him. And my best defender got injured

Started a new game on this machine as Chelski ( - my Wolves game is on my other machine at home)

Signed Lucio, Thuram and Malbranque...Tuncay chose Newcastle instead And Arsenal kept bumping their price for Ljungberg

Couple other suggestions for slightly lesser known players...Joaquin is about the best right winger in the game, although Mancini (Roma) cuts him very close - have to wait a couple years for Mancini though because to start you won't get a work permit for him.

Solari at Real Madrid is class if you can pry him away

I signed a Mexican guy, then after I'd signed him he said he was going to retire (at 31)

Then I asked him to reconsider, he said yes, and for some reason his work permit disappeared so I couldn't play him

Plus due to my extravagant spending last season I only get £17mil to spend this season

Maine Road? Isn't the City of Manchester Stadium on there?

Anyway,SSSSSSSSSS just got the game,can't play it till tomorow though as the comp i'm on now won't be good enough for it to run.

You don't actually move to Maine Road though. I get that every season when I try to build up OT but you end up playing at OT anyways.

My Leeds team is kicking ass right now, the loan "cheat" thing (which doesn't always work, so I've decided it isn't a cheat, just team stupidity) has given me some quality players, Baros, Carew and Smith are a quality trio of strikers
