Following LockJaw's format here:

As a kid, I enjoyed Hulk Hogan slightly more.

As a teen, I enjoyed Hollywood Hogan more.

As an "adult", I enjoy Randy Savage more. Talking about when I go back and watch old stuff obviously.

Hulk Hogan wins two falls out of three.

For me, this is too close to call. It's one of those match-ups where you hate to choose and wish it could be a tie, lol. But I'll go with Hogan here.
