my big problems with the show so far:

*Fan in attendance nearly injured because of their negligence to secure the ring barricade

*Very unsafe spot to end the opening match with a man's neck nearly caught in a ladder rung

*Cheese Graters/Glass shards used in the last match

TNA apparently does not care about the safety of their fans or employees.
