Now I see what Ryan Satin was talking about earlier when he mentioned WWE officials were stressing a lot that this new faction isn't meant to be based on current real life situations and political stuff because that parking lot segment was pretty obvious where the inspiration came from.

Rollins and Joe promo segment was pretty good.

Problem with Rollins and his "Monday Night Messiah" gimmick in recent months is that his promos and segments just tend to drag on because he just rambles about stuff instead of being good or effective.

at the abrupt end to RAW. Not sure if that was part of the production shenanigans gag from earlier or someone legit cut the feed early.

RAW itself was weird to say the least. First half of the show was pretty terrible even by RAW standards while the other half felt like a typical RAW episode but with some wacky ideas sprinkled in. Like not even sure if the show was entertaining trainwreck tier quality but can say it really wasn't worth the big hype going in.

There is a rumor going around that this new faction might be called "Justus" based on a recent trademark filed by WWE.

Would fit with the potential theme of the faction and rumored plans for the group.

I saw a clip of the Raw Undergound stuff. Haha, that's not a shoot fight. It's just a different presentation and guys working for that environment. This is closer to what Raw should have been doing from the start.

Oh, absolutely. It seems to be getting a good reaction most places. If it encourages people to actually work a more authentic style, then fucking go for it. That's been needed in wrestling for a long time. Could give them a star or two. One of these guys could end up as the Brock opponent for WrestleMania.

I've also thought that it would make sense to find substitute programming for the third hour of Raw because it is just untenable and counterproductive long-term. Raw Underground being a more risque, late night program could be an answer to that.

It'd be nice if they got the person in charge of it to be someone different to Kevin Dunn. From a booking/aesthetic production perspective, I wonder what MVP could do if he were given some sort of governance over a show? Wrestling is so fucking white. Get a black guy to put his two cents in and try and pump it full of something other than Kevin Dunn.

Yeah the ropeless ring for RAW Underground gave off some nice Bloodsport vibes but the rest of what they showed off didn't really do so.

If the idea was to present a new way for squash matches, it wasn't really that effective. The first guy they showcased was starting to get winded after just a few seconds of work.

Maybe it is a way to bring back squash matches but with a different twist. There certainly was no back and forth action.

My only problem is if MVP has such a devastating judo throw or Shelton a back shattering spine buster, then why would they not use those moves in normal matches?
