Joey Harrington sounded like he was commit suicide during the press conference.

Kinda wierd timing for Harrington though. He FINALLY has a good game, then after the game he sounds like he is about to kill himself after the loss. Why couldn't he ever had that conference after he played like shit? I'm not saying it did any certain reason or anything just something to think about.

One minute left, you have the flu, and you lead your team down the field and score with 8 seconds left, tying the game. Then you're snapper messes up.
Regardless of the outcome of the game, like they said on ESPN Detroit found something out about Harrington, the guy can get down. |

No, Giants only play well when they are already out of it, or have no possible shot of winning.

Jesus, there has been two pages of posts tonight.
What team is it that you guys are so confident the Eagles are worse then? The Falcons? They are the only team I see with a legit chance, but they are stupid and will have to play in Phily to go on. The Packers? Come on, the only player they have on their whole team is Brett Favre. They have an offense that can be sliced through like hot butter. The Vikings? Randy Moss probably still wont be 100% and they have one of the worst defenses in the league The Seahawks? No, just no The Rams? If you think an aging offensive arsenal is going to beat the Eagles, no. The Panthers? They probably won't even make the playoffs now. They were hot for a few weeks, then it all blew up. Even if they do make the playoffs they are without some of their best players. So basically, I am not saying that the Eagles are still hot shit, but there is no team in the AFC that you can currently make an argument that they are better then the Eagles, except maybe the Falcons, but if you do you are gay. |

As it stands in the NFC Wildcard, Packers play the Panthers at Lambeau, and Vikings play the Seahawks at the Metrodome, I think I might prefer the Panthers though
![]() Vikings have a good shot at winning the NFC North now though, huge game on friday ![]() Also LOL @ the Patriots FEAR THE "D" |

Will the Loss of Owens hurt, of course.
But they got there last year w/o him, and they still have their running game that they have been using this year. I still see them going to at least the NFC championship. But I must ask, is their a more arrogant coach then Mike Martz, what other coach on more then one occasion has hung a loss on a player and never ever taken blame himself. The Pats loss does suck, but could be worse... could be 1993 when the 5-11 Pats (well, 4-11 at game time) beat the Phins last game of the year to knock them out of the playoffs. The Pats play good on the road and away, so while homefield is nice for the fans, it's not like Indy who plays much better in the dome. |

Just checked, if the Cards win the next two game and Seattle and St. Louis lose the next two, all three teams will be 7-9.
If fucking Denis Greens didn't bench McCowen for 3 games, we would have probly won at least two of them. |

Whoa wait. If we beat Seattle THIS week, and Seattle loses NEXT week, then not only will we have a better record then Seattle, but we also have the tie breaker (better divisional standings).
St. Louis MUST LOSE the next two games because they will finish 6-10 and Arizona MUST WIN for their record to be 7-9. THE CARDINALS STILL HAVE A CHANCE. DON'T COUNT THEM OUT! |

St. Louis WILL lose to Philly this week, then NY Jets next week. Seattle WILL lose to Arizona this week, then Atlanta next week. Arizona WILL beat Seattly this week, then Tampa Bay next week. I AM SO FUCKING EXCITED. GUNNA GO BUY PLAYOFF TICKETS RIGHT NOW. |

The Falcons will win the NFC, because they have a legit defense, or at least good enough to stop the wounded Eagles.

I can see the Packers beating the Eagles. I can see the Vikings beating the Eagles. I can definately see the Panthers beating the Eagles. I can see Seattle beating them, but they won't because while they have the firepowder, they don't have the gun. Seriously just get out of here right now if you think the Eagles still have just as good of a chance to beat all these teams. |

But, by his logic, Miami didn't really just beat New England. And Buffalo didn't really beat Seattle or St. Louis or New York. Since they are better and all. |

The night before the Cowboys/Eagles game a friend of mine made the comment that he didn't even care if Dallas won as long as Roy Williams laid a hit on TO and broke his legs.
He didn't break his legs... pretty Twilight Zone-ish though. |

I didn't say that the Eagles are still as good as they were, I said that they are still the best team in the NFC by far.
Yes anything can happen, but how can you even begin to say that the Packers would be favored? They got whooped hard when they played a few weeks ago, and it had more to do with the Eagles defense then their offense. They couldn't score, so why does TO being gone help the Packers score? It doesn't. If the Eagles were so one dimentional, I guarantee you they would have lost more then one game (and that game was against the best team in the league) Its just rediculous how everybody is saying that the Eagles are bad just because they don't like them. The same thing everybody did with Kobe Bryant. |

LOL Kobe Bryant
LOL Lakers, 13-11, yep That game was kind of...I dunno the Packers are a lot better than that game, I think it was an ESPN columnist who put it best and said the game was an aberration. |

The Lakers are bad, but Kobe Bryant is still easilly one of the top ten players in the game, no question. Sure, Shaq is doing good in the worst division in the league and with one helluva guard, Kobe is leading a team of practically nobody to a plus 500 record in one of the hardest divisions in the league (Sac, Phoenix, Clippers). If you are saying Kobe Bryant is not one of the best players in the NBA because his team is 13-11, come on man.

Going w/ BCWWF here, the Eagles will be worse, but he NFC is still weak, they still have other improvements from last year and no other NFC team has a huge improvement.
No question the other WR's will need to step up. Teams will load up on Westbrook and force McNabb to throw. If those guys remember how to catch and "Stinkston" as Irivin calls him (which was really funny) has to find a cure for his aligator arms. Even still, they made it to the NFC championship last year w/o TO. Are they more beatable now, sure. Are they still the NFC fav's, yes. |

they also made the championships with two shutdown corners who they don't have this year, not knocking on the other two corners they've got this year but Taylor and Vincent with Dawkins pretty much made one of the nastiest secondaries.
