Rey had all the emotion support, momentum, and fans on his side (regardless of how he got it) before he won the Title, now that he won everyone is tired of him...Vince took the world most famous Cruiserweight, gave him a run at the top, then he flopped. Vince NEVER has to give a Cruiserweight "The Big One" ever again.

No, Rey has like won 4 matches in the past 5 months. Rey has not flopped terrible booking is what has made him flop.

Chris Jericho was playing second fiddle to Hunter, Stephanie, and THEIR DOG when he was Champion, not to mention The Rock/Hogan match was far mroe advertised for WrestleMania, yet he was blamed for the poor buyrates. I'm not saying it's his fault people are tired of him already, I am saying his reign is a flop, and in McMahon's mind that's no matter what the reason it is reason enough to never book a little guy to win a World Title ever again.

Vince McMahon being "a genuis" was a joke based around the fact that he has never much enjoyed the work of little guys, and now he has a reason to never make one Champ again. I'm still somewhat like Rey, just not right now. I haven't enjoyed him too much in the past year. He's a lot better wrestling with the cruisers, overshadowing the heavyweights' matches like he did in WCW. The only reason he has the belt is because Eddie passed away. I've lost a lot of fucking respect for Rey for milking his friend's death for a main event push.

I'd actually rather have JBL as the champ and hold the belt for a few months. Not a lot. He can talk a lot of shit, defend himself in the ring, and win. It'd be great to actually have people fight him to defend thier honour. It'd make a great title win for whoever beats JBL for the belt. Someone like Booker T would be perfect. JBL could say how Booker came close to winning the title once, and lost... and hasn't achieved anything since and all the sweet promos he'd cut.

...... But Booker is a heel right now, and I'd prefer him to stay that way. He's a lot better as a heel. I love when he had the "I'm not stupid" angle for a few months.

JBL wont win at Judgement Day im almost certain Rey has been crushed as some sort of stupid attempt to make him retaining the title another miracle. McMahon doesnt care about the credibility of the title. He just wants to run his Rey miracle man angle

Anyway, JBL is awesome! His Title run was great in my opinion, but if he wins the title he should have his cabinet back. The "Cowardly heel champ" thing works better if he has people helping him.

JBL was one of the worst champions of all time. His reign was terrible and boring. JBL has a worse gimmick than Mysterio, his gimmick is "I can't ever cleanly beat anyone because I suck so much so I annoy you with racism and saying how sucesful I am". That gimmick is 10x worse than Mysterio.

And all of you saying Rey doesn't deserve to win the title, well, I don't know about you, but I've been waching wrestling for a while and rey is unique and he has always done hard work. He has jobbed to guys like Big Show and everyone else.

Rey was OVER before the Eddie association. Rey was one of the most over people on Smackdown. He deserves it! He has deserved it for YEARS!

I understand you people are jealous but there is no logical reason to say that Rey does not deserve the title.

John Cena is an extremely talented wrestler and he showed it since his first match with Kurt Angle.

Right now, he hasn't wrestled quite the same style but that's because he is playing a TRADITIONAL babyface and is using moves that get crowd reactions

JBL is a terrible wrestler. He hasn't shown anything good. He is only good for hardcore wrestling they should move it to ECW.

Well, I've only watched Smackdown once since Rey has been champ...which is a shame, because I had gotten to the point of Smackdown being entertaining with the help of an 18 pack. But this Rey title reign sucks more than a fluffer at a gangbang.

I'd take JBL over Rey. He should be able to milk the "Illegal Immigrant" angle for some cheap heat as champ for a while until Batista comes back. If I had my choice though, I'd let Booker T win it....but then WWE would have to scrap the 5X merchandise...so that'll never happen.

Of course, I'm all for having Mark Henry win the belt ONLY if the end result is Batista coming back to kill him and get him off my TV forever.

If Kane wins the belt, I'm terrified at the regurgitated Undertaker fued we'd be forced to choke on. Although, as sad as it sounds, with the state of affairs on Smackdown....that might not be that bad.

Oh man, I love it when Vermaat shows up every now again to piss on himself. Using the same old technique of accusing the other person of being jealous and assertive, and then stating his opinion as though it's fact.

I could say that JBL is really a tremendous athlete (he's huge!!!) but is hasn't wrestled well because it's his CHARACTER because he's playing a RICH STOCK BROKER GUY. I mean, you never see stock brokers wrestle! That's why he's had bad matches!!


Interesting thing is that he's right... JBL was a very uncredible champ... until about the 9 month period when he won that fatal fourway. Problem is that Rey's in the same position where he's totally uncredible because he's been booked horribly. However, Vermatty here is saying Rey's condition is totally different, when it's really the same.

Basically, SD went to the crappers when Eddie died. Honestly. It started a chain reaction. I believe that Eddie really was meant to be the next champ, and when he passed on, AND Batista got hurt by that rising star Mark Henry, they had to bring Angle in, which is basically like plugging a leak with Play Dough. Angle's awesome, but he really does need to rest his broken-down body. Albeit Angle broken down still outwrestles 99% of the roster, but still.

So yeah, just a bad place to be in, and definitely not helped by how Vince has buried Rey.
