GOD DAMN IT! People need to tell more awesome WCW stories like the Disco blueprints or nearly anything Jericho did (ie Ralphus, list all his 1004 moves). WCW 4 MY LIFE UNTIL THEY WENT UNDER IN 01, BROTHA!

LOL, speaking of Revenge, I just broke my old Handicap Match point record beating both Hogan and Hart with Jericho yesterday. God I love that game.

I never thought people would get so pissed off at Alex Wright just because he eliminated sixteen people and won a 40 man battle royale until I played Revenge.

I always loved how you could steal other peoples taunts. Countless times we'd do the rumble match and have everyone doing Disco Inferno dance. Nothing like Juvi, Hogan and Zybsko all doing some disco with DI.

only time I really watched WCW was in the summer of 2000
I got satellite cable so I could actually watch WWE and WCW on TV. I would watch RAW and SD!, but on a boring summer night with nothing to do, I would catch WCW on TV |

From about October 99 I didn't have Sky Sports so couldn't watch WWE so watched WCW instead. I prefered WCW at the time simply because it was unpreditable. What happened didn't always make sense but you didn't really know what was going to happen next.
At the time WWF was simply pushing the Rock and Austin so far down peoples throats, and I never really liked either of them. Meanwhile WCW had a array of good talent and people who could actually wrestle. I was lucky that I started watching when Hogan had little time left so I never really found his dominance to be a problem as there wasn't much of it. Anyway, I would rather watch endless hours of WCW circa 2000 than a single John Cena or Batista match. |

I really don't understand why WWE hasn't signed Roadblock yet.

God I miss WCW-era Jericho. Every promo that he did, there were 2 or 3 parts where I had tears in my eyes from cracking up. I can't think of any wrestling persona that I've enjoyed more. Was actually thinking about making a WCW Jericho Appreciation Thread, but just never got around to it.
Some of my favorites: Chris Jericho Wrestles Goldberg for the World Title Introducing the Cruiserweight Battle Royal particpants Talking about Prince Ieukea's "pizza's, and hamburgers, and Pineapple Suprises"... Writing I'm a Jerichoholic on his portrait of Dean Malenko... Beating up Joe Malenko with Rey Mysterio's "knee"... The aforementioned List of 1004 Holds... and too many more to mention. In tribute of this, i give you: Chris Jericho in WCW (12 parts) Watch all 12, and I guaran-damn-tee you'l have forgotten all of your troubles by around part 3

The best was when Jericho kept losing and having tantrams after the match.

Jericho was the best thing ever to come out of WCW.
