He can come out wearing single-colored tights and boots.

He can do a monotone promo (the SAME monotone promo) every week, and his catchphrase can be "I stand in because I can't stand out."

He'll be massively over.

They should give Knox a hobbo gimmick, and have him just randomly appear in promo's over the three brands. Like have two guys fighting through the backstage area and have him just sitting in a corner with trash around him drinking a bottle of rum, or have him randomly wander into promo's, ask for some change and then leave. He can occasionly have matches where he wins money to buy more booze.
