I'm starting to like the look now that i've seen it more than once. I originally didn't like it at all. I think they should tweek his look a little though. Perhaps some white contacts to make it appear he has to pupils, thus making him look zombie like so he appears 'dead'.

The Biker look mixes well with the dead man look, I dunno. Looks like some really dark badass, too bad he's not that good of a wrestler, nor can he cut that great of a promo, but he still looks cool. Plus, get him in the ring with an Angle or Guerrero and they'll muster a good match out of him.

Old Taker: Total tool now that I look at him again.
Biker Taker: Ok for a while...I guess.
New Taker: Well...at least he isn't so much of a tool now. Seriously, did anyone expect the old taker to hop in his De Lorean and jump from the 80's to WM20? The hair makes him look like a beefed up Howard Stern, and why wear a tie? The new taker could have gotten a little scarier if he added some fake scars or some blackouts in his eyes or something.

I dunno. He looks like a tool nowadays in the old gimmick, but he doesn't exactly look like less of a tool with his new gimmick.

I think the guy from "secret Window" looked more intimidating than Taker does right now...And he's SUPPOSED to be a fuckin' hick!

i was browsing the net ( i typed in "new deadman gimmick sucks" ) and i wound up here. and i agree with a lot of what youve stated.
first of all, it makes no sense to bring back 1991 Undertaker, for all of the reasons stated all over this post. and yes, babyface biker Undertaker sucks ass.
in my mind, this is the only way the Undertaker can be cool again: hear me out:
a heel. instead of a hybrid between "old western" taker and "biker" taker, he'd be a hybrid of "ministry" taker and "red devil" taker. again, hear me out. his boots would be knee high biker type boots, ya know-with straps and buckles. his pants would be something similar to "ministry" taker's tights that looked like they had chain link or something down the side of the legs. his shirt would be just an open biker vest, black of course, and without any stupid logos on it. he'd also go with elbow supporters and grappling gloves of some sort. he can keep his hair short. he can even ride his motorcycle to the ring sometimes. and his entrance music would be "Hells Bells" by AC/DC. yes. that would be perfect.
this would be a character that :
a) would be cool and original rather than a lame attempt at capitolizing on nostalgia
b) mark caloway could live with ( he looks as though he is thinking "shoot me" in WM20 pictures ).
c) would be interesting to the fans, and flexible enough to stay interesting and stay relative to plot angles, and be able to have fueds that make sense.
d) be able to pretty much retain his current fighting style ( because lets face it, the man is NOT the phenom anymore, and personally, i like his "submission/smashmouth" style at this point in his career ).

in order to work, this character would have to be ruthless, vile, satanic, and evil, and make the fans rest easy that there would be no face turn at any time soon. and he generally would be called something besides "Undertaker".

ill be glad to hear what everyone thinks of my idea for what wwe NEEDS TO DO with the Undertake

i agreed with everyone at first with Taker looking gay with the new gimmick, but i grew to like it a lot more once i saw it and realized it. the guy doesnt even wanna go back to deadman. so they didnt go full out with it, it woulda looked badass but it coulda just ruined it. The new gimmick cool but i think of a couple changes..a little eye darkening, and NO BANDANA..dead/biker things goin cool, but they cant cut it with the bandana
