I don't think doing that in any ring would be entertaining. To the defenders: how is this any better than watching a video of something like a guy getting his leg caught in a bear trap? What does it add to the match? This is a legitimate question. I'm looking to figure out what you get out of watching a "match" like this. I don't want to hear something like "blame Vince for going PG" because as has been said, there is other wrestling out there. I'm don't want to hear "to each his own" either. What is the draw in watching this type of event?

I saw a video once of a match from CZW or something where a guy stabbed another guy in the bicep/arm with a pair of scissors. He then proceeded to dig the scissors in deeper and deeper. I'm sure everyone has seen that video.

You're right. I wouldn't let a guy do that to me. Mostly because I'm not an idiot.

And in the video I was talking about, the guy was screaming bloody murder and I don't blame him. His pain threshold was quite low. Just like anyone who would have had scissors rammed into there skin and muscles with some force.

Christ the even scarier thing is there's actually a niche group of people who enjoy that kinda crap

Something's wrong with your brain if you can sit back and watch 2 or 3 hrs of that and actually enjoy it

Hell ECW was somewhat hardcore but even they didn't go that far

I did however get a description of a word based from Cambridge University, which most probably also teaches art.
