I don't know about him not being hurt. The last punch sent his legs on holiday. He wasn't like, Bisping out, but he was on queer street.

It certainly wasn't worth getting more injured, thus having a bigger gap before his next fight, that will actually be relevant to the division he fights in. I'm not sure he just sat there, and gave up on the mat, purely because he didn't think he could win, 3 minutes in.

Until Forrest is vocal, its all hearsay.

If anyone reads anything about Forrest commenting on his fight and why he ran away afterwards could you post it on here, that would be awesome.

Funny how in the post-fight interviews Dana said he hasn't seen Forrest since he ran away.
