The crowd popped for John Cena’s arrival and was definitely fired up for the main event. I was expecting Bret DiBiase to interfere again, but guess it was just a thing to explain the “fan”.

1. That opening was actually pretty funny.

2. During said opening, Vince mentioned to H that they were running over, and Triple H blew it off by saying "What do you care, it's your show". They probably had to bump a match, and Kofi's was it.

3. Why did nobody pay any attention when Orton said that Brett would not be interfering in any of his matches ever again? That blows my mind.

4. If you didn't notice, Chavo finally snapped and put a hurtin' on Horny getting intentionally disqualified. I'm pretty sure he's tired of the mockery and is about to start a mean streak.

My bet is that Brett will only be kept around as a prop long enough for Orton to punt him out of storylines, launching the Ted face turn and Ted/Orton feud. I kind of got that feeling watching the opening promo, with Orton threatening Brett and Ted sticking up for him a bit. It's just as plausible that this is the last time we see Brett on TV until he officially debuts as a wrestler in the next year or two, though.
