Also, given how much dlc they are apparently planning, do you think there is any chance of a 1v1 mode?

I enjoy the team battle fighting games, but singles competition has always been my preference.

1v1 would be great for this game since the characters don't need assists have much as the past MvC games. It would be like a next-gen Marvel Super Heroes game, which is bitchin. Unfortunately Capcom responded to that idea with apathy, with a representative going as far as to say "MvC3 may not be for you". It wasn't one of my favorite moments from MvC3's promotional campaign since 1v1 is a legitimate proposal, and having the option would win-win for all parties. I feel the same for full 6plyr (or 4plyr) tag mode, but I can understand the technical limitations there.

1v1 would be cool. Hell, have a 2v2 option as well. Not enough people seem to be interested in these things. Everybody wants Strider but not more modes.

The lag simulator is the greatest feature seeing as how even a green bar connection is laggy

I got the game in the post today and gave it a go.

It took a while to get accustomed to it and to figure out how I tag in/out but, now that I've gotten to grips with it on a basic level, I think I'm going to enjoy it.
Beat Arcade mode with Haggar so I could get used to him and had Deadpool and Ironman as team mates more as a safety net incase I felt I needed something simpler with it being my first time playing.

Also, I'm surprised the game doesn't have Avatar Awards. A Marvel t-shirt, a servbot prop or a Galacticus helmet would have been cool. Not a big deal but would have been cool.

Any attack button + (S). Like SSF4 you can hold until it becomes an unblockable hit, you can dash out of it, and it can absorb physical strikes (but not projectiles, I think).

She also has EX versions of her moves by replacing the attack button with (S).
