Yes I did fugitive, but don't worry about it I know that its likely that you can't have custom themes on PS2, It is my biggest hope for the game. Also if they had a decent selection for hard-rock/ metal lovers i would like it alot better, granted I was happy with static-x start a war, beyond belief .

Is GM mode in this year?

I was doing a fatal four way for the heavyweight title, I was London, RVD was the champ, against Jericho and Christian. At the end, RVD did a possum pin small package on Christian, and just as the ref was going to count, I did a small package on Jericho. We were right next to each other and then the referee counted to 3. I won

I presume GM mode is in.

They said last year's was year 0 if you will. As in a basic build, see how it works, if people like it, etc.

I fully expect it to be there and hopefully this year you can pick the winner in a simulated match!

Sadly I find GM mode to be the funnest part of SVR2006 . But then again it was fun to be GM, so Im not actually sad but dissapointed that it was the best thing. Also rik, there are kane and show conformed is all I know of right now, just keep watching this thread to see whats going on, also read some older posts to get an idea.

Is anyone a IGN Insider? I'm not but on one of the IGN boards a guy posts a link for insiders to watch a full match Kane vs RVD. If anybody is an Insider and is able to post the video here would be awesome.

Which brings another old idea... Should the 360 version be able to download updated appearences and theme music? Seems right to me.

I do hope they update brands...there's really no excuse not to, it takes one freaking push of the button!

Smackdown Countdown: Chavo Guerrero


Video 1 - Entrance

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOH CHAVOOOOOOOOOOO! Totally forgot he was on Raw, but never mind. He looks pretty much the same as last year. He comes out to the stage and points to the air for some reason. It's like he's spotted something in the rafters OMGZ STING IZ IN DA GAME!!!! He walks down to the ring whilst pointing and taunting. He gets in and does his kneeling taunt then climbs the turnbuckle and taunts/points some more.

Video 2 - Fighting time

Chavo vs Rey and Rey is already on the floor when the video starts. Chavo picks up Rey and scoop slams him back down. A couple of elbows and knees by Chavo but Rey counters with some nice chain wrestling into a rolling leg lock, pretty sweet. Chavo then pokes Rey in the eye and but gets countered when he tries a clothesline.

Video 3 - Fighting time II

Chavo clotheslines Rey from behind, it looks like they have sorted some of the selling annimations out this year. Chavo takes down Rey with a flying headscissor and Rey fights back with a cruiserweight moves before Chavo nails a clothesline. Chavo goes up top and hits a D'Lo Brown_style frogsplash for a two count. Video then ends.

WOOOOOOO DIVAS! I love the divas in these games, I think they make it so much better. Oh yeah, MNM were on Smackdown, god this roster is so out of date. LOL Paparazzi Shame we don't see the carpet rolled out. Melina makes her way down to the ring and slides into the ring only she can do, shame, cant see her pixalate panties. She then poses in the ring and thats about it.

Video 2 - Fighting time

Melina nails Torrie with a flying elbow and stomps on her abit. She then kicks Torrie in her pussy and stamps on her knee before locking in a single legged crab ankle lock type move.

Too low or too high? I think it's just about right. Doesn't matter how annoying or unattractive she may be, she still has charisma.

Oh, and year after year people still wonder why the themes and titantrons are updated but the attire isn't. It takes about 5 seconds to change the music and video. It probably takes MUCH longer than that to update attire and looks. I just hope Burchill has his pirate gimmick. Even if he loses it in real life, it'll still be immortalized in a video game.

it takes more than a month to put the attires/character models in the game and only a few minutes to change the music and video, but they need Vince's permission to do so.
