that would be good to have career highlights to be updated as you gain a title, just think of having heaps of titles and having it say something like 15 Time world champion, 8 time tag team champion, hardcore champion, ic champion etc. fill the screen right up

Right, here are the notes on the Six Man Tag match:
- Evolution come out to the ring. Lilian introduces them individually, and sounds chinese when she says Ba-ti-sta. Triple H is doing the Orton pose on the turnbuckle. Benoit comes out first for the opponants. Benoit looks like he's been doing some sit ups, pretty decent enterance though. Orton is out next, cant stand his music, dont think it suits him at all. Benjamin is last one out. - Match starts with Benoit in the ring with Triple H. Nothing majorly exciting going on here, apart from some horrible commentry (King saying they should have booked it in an outdoor arena, as they are going to blow the roof of the building ) Triple H tags in Flair, Benoit tags in Orton. Benoit is still in the ring and hits a german suplex on Flair. Flair low blows Orton and tags in H again. Flair and H double team Orton, which brings in Benoit to help out. Batista takes a cheap shot on Orton when he gets near him, and then Flair does the same. Orton knocks H out of the ring and all 6 men go and brawl on the outside. Decided to skip the rest of this first video to get to the interesting stuff.- Triple H hits Orton with a pedigree. Skip abit, Orton hits the RKO, which is the same as last year. Seems Benoit's second finisher is the Sharpshooter, as he locks it on Ric Flair. Skip abit more to the end. Triple H locks in the Crippler Crossface on Benoit. - Triple h has got his dirty meter all the way up and activates the taunt, although he doesn't use it. Pedigree on Benoit. Skip abit. All 6 guys are fighting on the outside. Skip to the end of the video and find Triple H Pedigree's Benoit and pins him. Sorry the notes are sketchy, but I got work in 20 minutes and wont have time to do them tonight. |

They gave Flair a 10 in charisma. I would have given him a 8.5, or at most a 9. Hes not as charismatic as he used to be. Also, they gave both Dudleys a 7.5 charisma rating. I would have put Bubba a little higher than D-Von

Notes on Parking Lot Brawl II:
- Match starts as Shawn Michaels and Christian get it on. Both are fighting neutral, I wonder if that is even an option to choose in PLB. - HBK knocks down Christian with a right hand, and a back heal kick. Christian recovers and whips Michaels into the limo, he then grabs his head AND RAMS IT THROUGH THE WINDOW! - Michaels fights back and has Christian near the limo, and bounces his head off of the side of it. Christian then throws Michaels towards the back of the limo and then opens the door and pushes him inside. After a couple of seconds of the limo bumping around, and Christian taking a break outside, Michaels reappears alittle worse for wear. - Christian throws Michaels into the bumper of a car, after failing to pin him. HBK whips Christian into the bumper of a truck, but nothing happens. HBK then throws him into the bumper of a car and places his head under the bonet, which he then slams down on Christians head. Ouch. - HBK whips Christian into the earlier mentioned truck and sets of its hydrollics, causing it to bump around abit. Christian manages to get up but then gets thrown into a cars windsheild. Christian cant take much more, so in a desperate attempt to buy himself some time, he clocks HBK in the balls as he's getting up. - Christian whips HBK into the big rig, whcih causes him to just bounce right back off of it. Then he does the same, but towards the limo, same thing happens. HBK throws Christian into the big rig and causes a tyre to burst. Christian whips HBK into the low rider at the bottom of the screen and drops him throut first onto the back. - HBK nails Christian with three huge right hands. Before getting dropkicked in the face. lol, Christian kicks HBK in the balls and Cole says "I cant believe he just did that, thats so dirty" - Christian is really getting desperate so he kicks HBK twice in a row, knocking him down to the ground. Christian again low blows HBK and goes to whip him into a car, it's reversed and HBK nails Christian with a Sweet Chin Music. Instead of pinning him, he taunts abit and then gets thrown into a car by Christian, who then locks in a Texas Clover Leaf. HBK cant take the pain and taps out after 4:56. Really interesting set of videos there. Really like how this mode is shaping up. Probably be the first mode I play I think. |

Superstar of the Day #17
Height: 5'10" Real Name: Terry Gepin Weight: 275lbs Rhyno did not gain the nickname of "man-beast" by accident. He literally earned it. After stalking his prey like an animal, Rhyno strikes with incredible quickness. He executes his patented maneuver, a modified spear he calls the Gore, with astounding agility, propelling his 275-pound frame to mow down opponents with amazing force. Rhyno started gaining notoriety in ECW, where he was infamous for using varying forms of the devastating pile driver to incapacitate his opponents. He captured the ECW Television Championship on two occasions, and was the last man to hold both the ECW TV Championship and ECW World Championship. He came to WWE in 2001 and immediately captured attention. He won the United States Championship and the Hardcore Title numerous times. First a mainstay on SmackDown!, Rhyno's draft to RAW gives him the chance to pursue new goals. It's high time that the Superstars of RAW began to fear the Gore. Once Rhyno gets on a roll, there will be no stopping him. Recently, he has enlisted his ECW comrade, Tajiri to help him in his pursuit of the World Tag Team Championships. With Tajiri's ferociousness added to Rhyno's drive, this duo will prove to be a dominating force on RAW. Notes on Rhyno:
- Rhyno's music hits and Rhyno appears to come out of the Raw sign Bangs his chest a couple of times and walks down to the ring. He gets in and climbs the ropes and taunts to the crowd.- Match starts out with a shoving battle, against Matt Hardy. Cant really tell who wins it though. Hardy is fighting clean, Rhyno is fighting dirty. - Rhyno Charges at Hardy with a clothesline but gets reversed and Hardy kicks Rhyno in the gut. Rhyno hits a spinebuster, followed by suplex-into-powerslam type move. Rhyno pounds on Hardy's head then hits a flying shoulder block to knock Hardy down. - Rhyno hits a back suplex followed by a snap suplex, followed by a belly to belly suplex. Rhyno scoop slams Hardy on his arm and heads up top to deliver a frog splash, but misses. - Hardy hits a facebuster on Rhyno, but gets thrown into the corner and then to the outside apron, then gets kicked to the floor. Hardy is busted open by the way. Rhyno hits the ropes and delivers a huge running senton bomb over the ropes to the outside to knock Hardy down. Rhyno runs against the ropes as Hardy is getting in, GORE GORE GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORE! Hardy is complety knocked out. He pins Hardy after 5:30. Nice vids here, both Rhyno and Hardy look amazing. |

Superstar of the Day #18
![]() Height: 6' Real Name: Robert Howard Weight: 235lbs Hardcore Holly is an angry man. A former Hardcore and World Tag Team Champion, Holly missed more than a year of action after breaking his neck in the ring. Now Holly is back and has never been as angry or as intent on living up to his nickname as he is now. There is no opponent too big or too tough for Hardcore Holly to face -- all he needs is a time and place and he is willing to fight anybody. Hardcore earned his moniker by dominating the now defunct Hardcore Division, winning the Hardcore Championship six times from early 1999 until early 2001. Now he is renowned as a man who will not shy away from a fight. Whether he he defending the honor of SmackDown! from the criticism of Superstars such as Booker T, or challenging for the WWE Championship, Hardcore Holly is on a mission to prove to everybody exactly how mean he can be ... and thus far nobody has been able to prove otherwise. Right, notes on Hardcore Holly:
- Music starts out (no "how do you like me now", I always prefered his one which Crash also used) Comes out to the stage and throws his arms in the air, walks to the ring and climbs the turnbuckle. Raises his left arm, his face looks abit like a monkey, but never mind. - Match starts out with a shoving contest between Holly and D-Von, again, you cant really tell who wins these things. First Shove - Press X comes on screen and Holly throws a punch but D-Von reverses, guess thats the end of that contest then. - Holly hits a huge spinebuster...spine on the pine as JR would put it. Picks him up and does a underhook powerbomb on D-Von followed by a normal powerbomb. Hardcore thinks he's the man so he taunts abit. - Holly takes out the knee of D-Von from behind, then puts him in the boston crap. A scoop slam followed by a neck breaker to D-Von makes him angry so he low blows Holly as he is getting up. - Holly whips D-Von into the turnbuckle, which D-Von had removed earlier on in the match, and follows up with a clothesline. Holly hits D-Von with The Alabamaslam and pins D-Von after 2:42. |

Superstar of the Day #19
Height: 5'8" Real Name: Eduardo Guerrero Weight: 220lbs Every WWE Superstar dreams to hear their name chanted by thousands of WWE fans. But only the truly special ones get to hear this. On SmackDown! the names Kurt, Show, and 'Taker are equated with one of the best in the business. Now, Eddie Guerrero can share that distinction as well. Guerrero has been around for a while, but never has the name "Eddie" been chanted with the fervor and intensity that it is every time he enters the arena in his trademark "low-rider" now. Guerrero's career choice was a natural one stemming from his upbringing in the renowned Guerrero family, which produced many greats in the ring. His exposure to many different styles of wrestling allowed Guerrero to develop into a versatile competitor who can handle any type of match or opponent. Guerrero can grapple on the mat, sail off the top rope, or simply brawl with the best. Very few competitors can use brute strength to finish an opponent or chose a frog splash off the turnbuckle—Eddie can. His versatility allowed him to hold more than one Championship at a time, including several runs as a WWE Tag Team Champion with nephew Chavo Guerrero. Equally as important, Guerrero is as skilled with the microphone as he is in the ring and his charisma and style have brought him legions of fans. He may lie, cheat, and steal … but Eddie Guerrero is still as popular as they come. A man once haunted by the demons of addiction, Guerrero proudly displays his new addiction -- succeeding in the ring and the passion and drive that is known as Latino Heat. Notes on Eddie Guerrero:
- Music hits and Eddie comes out in a Low Rider ![]() ![]() Eddie drives down to the ring, taunting the crowd on his way. He gets to the bottom of the ramp and sets of the hydrollics. He gets out the car and climbs into the ring. He gets on the top rope and poses. - Match starts out with a test of strength against Rey Mysterio, which Rey wins. In this match, Eddie is fighting dirty and Rey is fighting clean. - Rey kicks Eddie in the gut after winning the test of strength. Rey then dodges a dropkick from Eddie and lands on of his own. Eddie fights back with some cruiserweight moves and jumps on Rey's shoulders, spins round and hits the hurricanrana. He then does his Time Out taunt. - Rey hits a spining heal kick on Eddie. Eddie recovers and hits three suplexes in a row. Eddie then climbs on the shoulders of Rey again and delivers a DDT. - Eddie dropkicks Rey's knee which causes him to collapse. Rey gets up and climbs the turnbuckle only for Eddie to throw him off. Eddie then himself climbs up top and hits the Frog Splash. Eddie wins after 6:11. Liking the low rider, it looks great. The Frog Splash isn't changed from last year, which I'm pleased with because it is one of my CAW's finishers (along with the F5). Eddie looks good too. |

Downloaded those videos from Gamingring.com , and here are the notes:
- The first match is a Bra & Panties match (whoo hoo ) between Victoria and Trish. Its COM vs COM. Nothing really interesting happens as its Diva's wrestling. Victoria's Black Widow looks brutal. Anyway, after 7:04 Victoria wins. Bra & Panties has to be the most pointless mode ever made. I never played it in HCTP and will not this time, apart to complete the Bra & Pantie Challenge.- Next video is showing you the main screen of options. It then goes into the create a ppv mode and shows the options available there. They got a ppv going up later today called Taboo Friday, so they select that one and a promo/hype video for the event plays, which is a nice little feature. Shows you some moves between Triple H and Shelton Benjamin, a couple of punches, few kicks, a clothesline, AN ELBOW OFF THE TOP ROPE TO THE OUTSIDE ANNOUNCERS TABLE! A pedigree finishes off Shelton as the promo video ends. It then goes to the Smackdown arena where pyro goes off. It then looks around the arena then cust to JR and King. - Thrid video kicks off with Mike Regan going against Stacy Keibler. Comes out looking like a gay Satan and walking like The Bushwackers. A loading screen comes up with a tip on dirty tactics. It says: As a Dirty Tactic, players can hold onto a submission move after the referee has called for a rope break. To perfrom this, hold L1 after the referee has called the rope break and continue to hold until the referee has counted to five. Beware, if you hold the submission longer than five seconds, the referee will disqualify you. Nothign really interesting happens in the match, one of Stacy's finishers is a moonsault. Regan wins after 4:49 with a northern lights suplex. - The forth and final video is a ladder match between RVD and Scotty 2 Hotty. A loading screen comes up with tips on the ladder match. The controls are the same as last year. Not much happens in the match, RVD and Scotty fight on top of the ladder for abit before RVD hiptosses him off it. Scotty gets up straight away while RVD stays down RVD hits a Five Star Frog Splash off the top of the ladder onto Scotty. Moments later, Scotty climbs up and grabs the belt. Some pretty interesting stuff there, especially with the create a ppv segments. |

Superstar of the Day #20
Height: 5'10" Real Name: Chris Benoit Weight: 229lbs There was a time when Chris Benoit was considered the greatest Superstar to never hold the World Heavyweight Championship. However, after a journey of more than a decade that included many valleys and peaks, Benoit picked the biggest possible stage to earn the biggest prize in sports entertainment when he defeated Triple H and Shawn Michaels at WrestleMania XX to achieve his dream and stand as the very best in the business. Benoit's journey to get to World Wrestling Entertainment began in his hometown in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. After working years in Canada, Japan, ECW and WCW, Benoit finally entered WWE in 1999, along with his friends Dean Malenko, Perry Saturn and Eddie Guerrero. Benoit quickly found success in WWE, capturing the Intercontinental Championship numerous times, and even becoming a World Tag Team Champion along with Chris Jericho. However, his dream was to win the World Heavyweight Championship, and when he sat out a year due to injury, there were doubts as to whether he would ever realize his dream. Since returning to the ring in June of 2002, Benoit has proven to be stronger than ever before and his star has risen at an extraordinary pace. Late in 2003, Benoit came within seconds of defeating Brock Lesnar and capturing the WWE Championship. As a result of his success, former SmackDown! General Manager Paul Heyman apparently derailed Benoit's dream when he declared that Benoit would never receive another opportunity to win the WWE Championship. That move would prove to be the best thing to ever happen to Benoit. At the 2004 Royal Rumble, Benoit joined one of the most exclusive clubs in sports entertainment when he was the first entry into the rumble and survived 29 other men to win the match -- an incredible 61 minutes and 34 seconds in the ring! The victory allowed Benoit to move to RAW, where he finally reached the top of the mountain with his WrestleMania XX victory. Fittingly, after forcing Triple H to tap out to earn the World Heavyweight Championship, Benoit was first congratulated by Guerrero as the two Champions embraced after they both took similar paths to the top. Notes on Chris Benoit:
- Music hits an Benoit comes out and walks down to the ring. Not much new here, although when he enters the ring he throws his arms in the air. - Match opens with a stare down battle. The two guys trash talk each other then you gotta press X to get the first hit in. Its Benoit against Triple H. - Benoit gets in a couple of punches, as does Triple H, but Benoit gets the advantage and hits H with 3 German Suplexes. He kicks H in the head and picks him up, then he gives his a release german suplex to send H flying. - Benoit whips H into the corner then gives him a turnbuckle powerbomb. He then locks in an arm bar which is broken up by a rope break. A snap suplex is follwed up with a neckbreaker to Triple H. - An arm bar DDT take Triple H down and Benoit climbs the ropes. He dives off with a headbutt but H gets up so he smacks him whilst he's standing. A kick to the gut to H and then Benoit puts him in the Crippler Crossface. Triple H taps out after 2:52. |

An interesting article on IGN about the Stone Cold Steve Austin being in as a hidden character. Here is the article link. Below is the article itself:
September 24, 2004 - There's been a strong rumor circulating around several popular wrestling message boards that former WWE employee "Stone Cold" Steve Austin would be appearing as a secret character in the upcoming PS2 game WWE SmackDown vs. RAW. The gossip, as it's told, is that the Texas Rattlesnake appears as an optional wrestler after players have cleared all 60 of the game's Madden-like "Challenge" mini-games -- a fantastic secret indeed. And though we always knew that it was refried Jawa crap as soon as we first heard the rumor, the false news has spread like wildfire and needs some legitimate clarification. To get it, we went straight to THQ and asked their rep for an official statement, After laughing together for a good 30 seconds, here's what he had to say: "We've received an enormous amount of inquiries regarding this," he stated. "But after players complete the sixty challenges they won't unlock an additional Superstar or Legend, but instead, they'll have access to an alternate costume that we think the fans will get a kick out of, let the speculation begin!" And so there you have it. The truth and nothing but. And just so that another rumor doesn't spawn out of this one -- no, the costume does not belong to Stone Cold. Have a good weekend fibbers! -- Jeremy Dunham |
