I can't see New Orleans blowing out Buffalo like they did Philly. In fact, I think it should be a good game. I'm holding off on anointing the Saints. If they do beat Buffalo handily though I will accept them as a Super Bowl favorite.

BEREA, Ohio -- Cleveland rookie cornerback Coye Francies, incensed over a prank, threw a bucket of ice and at least one errant punch during a skirmish in the Browns' locker room. Francies

As the team returned from practice Friday, a soaking-wet Francies, apparently the target of some hazing, stormed into the locker room carrying a water bucket full of ice. Before he could be stopped, Francies tossed the ice on cornerback Brandon McDonald, hitting him with cubes and covering the floor. Francies flung some ice in the direction of safety Mike Adams before heading toward safety Abram Elam's corner cubicle. Francies then swung at Elam before Pro Bowl nose tackle Shaun Rogers grabbed him by the back of the shirt and escorted him out a side door.

Giants are banged the fuck up this week. Chris Canty, Aaron Ross, Clint Sintim, Hakeem Nicks, Danny Ware, and Adam Koets are already out with injuries. And then add to that Justin Tuck, Domenik Hixon, and Kevin Dockery all being listed as "questionable" but none of them are expected to play.

That's right, only 8 inactive spots but 9 injured players. Playing with only 44 guys today unless one of the questionable guys gets in a couple of plays.

I go to a "casino" in Delaware where 3+ team parlays are legal. I live 40 minutes from the "casino" so its not too bad. They were supposed to have single games, -/+, total points bets on NFL and other sports as well but the courts shut them down for now.

Ive done it on websites before but the legality issue always bugged me, not to mention how hard it was to actually get money that you won, especially if you use any bonuses or crap like that. Glad to see Tuck was the one to avoid the inactive list...though I'm not expecting him to see too much time on the field. Just get out of this game healthy, any more injuries and they'll have to start cutting some of the servicable injured guys just to get more healthy bodies on the roster.

Giants need to hope for either their running game to finally establish itself properly, or another big game from Smith and Manningham (though both happening wouldn't hurt!) Defensively, I'm keeping an eye on the run defense that got eaten alive by the Cowboys' 3 RBs last week. If they can stop the Bucs' triumvirate I think they'll be in good shape, as I feel the Bucs don't have the receiving weapons to make a huge difference.

Eh wouldn't really call it doom and gloom. It's concerning that they are an injury away from having to go with a shorthanded roster, but thankfully the Giants have the depth to get around it.

If they lose their top 5 players like the Mets did this year, THEN I'll go into doom and gloom mode.
