The hurricane kick. It juggles long enough to follow up, like SSF4, except this is Marvel and you can do more than a shoryuken. In fact landing an air-hurricane kick on a standing opponent stuns them long enough for anything you have in mind. I'd say that hurricane kick is keys to victory.

His Demon Flip > burning dive kick OTGs grounded opponents, but hell if I know how to set that up. I don't think he can throw out of Demon Flip anymore.

Normally the last kick in the huricane knocks them out of range for a launch. For more combos yeah but not a launch. I know this because I go for the lauch after the H hurricane kick but he is out of range and gets hit with a projectile and I yell at my tv

Try the (L) or (M) versions. I hit that launch a few times in training mode myself. If needed add a dash after the last hit.

Also his air hurricane kick doesn't fly, it just falls. This is a good thing, you can use it like I used Ken's air-senpu in MvC2 and cross people up. Have Phoenix toss that fat fireball of hers to cover your jump and senpu down behind somebody. If it hits you have green light to rape.

People are speculating he play like Omega Red but I doubt it. He doesn't come off as a guy who wants to grab often, although he would definitely have some sort of long range grab. I see an original moveset.

Hot damn I had some good matches today. Had a course with Alva earlier and his Cap improved in the space of a few games.

Had a quick session with Khuntry and whatever he was smoking before is gone - he got on point. Matches are getting hype.

Assists are way better regulated here than in MvC2. My X23 counts on her assists.

- TPWW MvC3 tourny will be a league, with two main divisions (Marvel and Capcom).

- Preseason, Main Season, and Championship Event make up the general league schedule. Players must sign-up and participate in the preseason to be a part of the following two events.

- The preseason will not use the divisions, so all possible matches of all players will be scheduled. Earn as many points as you can before the series finishes! The total points of all players will decide main season division placement, after which preseason points will not factor. Each series will be sets of four matches.

- Matches are based on the accumulation of points, rather than a best-of series. At the end of a series any point earned (by winning a match), remains on your record. Even if you lose a series, you keep whatever points earned.

- The main season will employ the Marvel and Capcom divisions. Players will be separated according to their preseason points, to build balanced divisions. All possible matches within a division will then occur, with the same goal of earning as many points as you can from a series. Main season sets are eight matches.

- Unlike the preseason, you must register a team of characters to participate in the main season. Once chosen, this team will be locked onto your profile. Choose wisely and train hard. I'm open to discussing this.

- The players with the highest scores will represent their division in the championship event. Using their chosen team from the main season, they will compete in a set of twelve matches. In the event of a tie, a 13th match is required to decide the winner. Still uses the point system.

Probably. I'll jump in the tourney, but I am gonna have a hard time getting my practice time in. Just last night I was gonna get a couple of hours alone to sit down and train, but as I was leaving work, 2 of my boys bust out the vaporizer. Yeah, ended up being high from 11 pm to 4 am.
