It was a better guess than you realize, he fits all the clues. When he was a hroseman of Apocalypse (Famine,) he could use his flames to create light that affected the brain controling hunger, causing anyone who saw his light flashes to feel like they were starving. (Mild telepathy.) He was in the Japanees Milatary when he was apart of the group Big Hero Six and the of course the cold weakness is obvious. MAYBE I GAVE YOU TOO MUCH CREDIT!

Actually, it was stated on several occasions that she was a powerful telepath, just not as strong as Frost, Xavier, etc.

Yeah, Psionic Blades from her hands, No one else could do that shit.

Shes a telepath, but in a different way than Xavier. He used his powers to get into peoples minds, Psylocke used them to enhance her combat.
