Here's a fun stat that is way more interesting than anything in the posts above that I certainly didn't read: Clay Matthews has 6 solo tackles this year. Clay Matthews also has 6 sacks this year. That's efficiency.

I am 92% confident that they will not win by more than a td and I'm going to the game.

Also have the droford jinx factor of the ravens being win less in games ive gone to...

The ravens lost their 2nd pre season game at home in 2008 and they lost last year in Nashville..only 2 games I've been to.

ESPN is reporting that the NFL and the ref union are very close to getting a deal done and could be back reffing by Week 5 since they only need a minimum of a week to get back into seasonal shape.

Me and some friends used to go to this restaurant to watch all the games at once on Sundays and every time someone would make a play we would say their name with a usually very corny nickname. That was one I came up with for Choice. I'm sure it's been said before but I'm hoping it's not "out there".

So full disclosure here, I've wasted some of my breathe cursing referees in the NFL for calls that (in my opinion) were incorrect. However, given the absolute mess that I've seen over the past three weeks... I feel like I owe you an apology. I don't think I could appreciate what an amazing job you all do until I saw these guys, who I recognize are doing their best, fail so miserably and so blatantly.

I would say hurry back, but I know its not that simple - labor negotiations never are. Just rest assured NFL fans (outside of Seattle) are looking forward to your return.

I agree the refs have been terrible, but some of the bitterness from teams and fans pinning their bad start to the season completely on the refs is pathetic.

College football does that although not by the schools but by the conferences. Its a lot more noticeable in college basketball though for "biased" calls just like the NBA.
