NBA gives the Celtics Oklahoma's 2nd round pick for next year as partial compensation from the 2011 trade that sent Perkins to OKC and Jeff Green to Boston (as well as 2 others).

I assume since ESPN didn't make it clear its due to the Thunder failing to disclose Green's medical condition during trade talks and the Cs only found out last season when Green had to miss an entire year with a heart ailment.

Anthony Davis trying to trademark his Unibrow and not just some slogans but his actual unibrow.

ESPN just reported minutes ago on their website that the Lakers are willing to trade Gasol but the asking price is steep. They want at the minimum a Top 10 draft pick for tomorrow's draft and an established player for any deal to be made. Also want the team who gets Gasol to pay the remaining money owed since they won't or hinted they won't.

Lakers also willing to trade Ron Artest if nobody wants Gasol.

And what are the lakers smoking they want an established and a top 10..that's too much for a rebuilding team wanting an aging player.

Yeah Cs won't resign him after Ainge talked about all the focus is on getting KG for 1 more year. Still some hints of the Cs using the money saved from Allen's contract for Josh Smith or making the bench better in depth.

Celtics tried to trade Allen during the season but nobody offered anything or wanted Rondo as well. Allen going to a new team means he can get a bit more money possible than the Cs can afford and a move to the Heat gives him a strong chance at another ring (or any other top team like the Thunder or Bulls).

I wasn't aware that losing to an 8 seed makes someone a top team. I have to think the Bulls are the most overrated team in the league. Even with a healthy Rose (overrated in his own right), they were clearly inferior to a Heat team that was JUST figuring things out, and Rose is hardly going to be 100% next season.

NBA draft tonight. One of my favorite nights of the year. Love the trades, awkward 7'0 eastern European players, and the fat black mommas crying over their babies. Didn't even watch a single college game this year. No idea who any of these guys are.
