It's nearly Mentally impossibe. I've studied pyschology and seen/read the studies. Whomever said they can remember thier own birth is eathier lying there ass off or mentally insane. You don't have strong brain power during infancy/todderhood (birth-4) to store any kind of episodic (autobiographical) memories.

Not trying to say your wrong or anything but when I was 3 years old I got burned on the shoulder I remember that whole situation vividly. So that can't be 100% right all the time. Perhaps it has something to do with traumatic experiences... I'm not questioning you, I'm actually ligitimatly curious.

yea, usually tramatic experiences you can remember. Curious if you still have a scar or anything from the situation because then it becomes easier to remember. Now it's roughly hard to remember the situation exactly perfect, but you can remember it in bits and pieces right? I split my head open when I was 3 and had to get stiches. I remember my spinning around and then falling into the dresser, but I have no recollection of anything else, even the hospital.

EDIT: Actually now that I think about it, I think even what I remember from incident is just me putting together an imaginary scene in my head. I mean I know I cracked my head open from the scar I can see, but what I am envisioning in my head is probably just false perceptions. It's hard to explain if you haven't studied this stuff.

About this whole Infantile Amnesia debate, nothing is absolute with the human brain. There is a small percentage of people who can remember things from before the age of 3, but it is a general rule (not an absolute certainty) that the early limit is age 3.

yea, that small percentage you speak of are usually the ones that swear on thier life they can remember things from before 4, but it's usually just a case of your mind fooling you as an adult. Or a case of people telling you over the years of your toddlerhood that you start to believe you can remember things from back then. But like I said traumatic or certain experiences you can remember in a sense.

Anyway, Daivari is the man. I wish they would of had some music with it.

The point isn't playing with the characters. The point is that instead of having 2 other legends, we get 3 Hogans. That's a waste of space. It is not conducive to a diverse gaming experience.

Anyway, what possible diffrence can the Hogans have? The only thing I can think of is appearance. Wait a sec... if thats 3 LEGEND Hogans then does that mean theres a 4th Hogan on the regular roster?

as for the extra Undertaker/Kane in the last SD game, I didn't use them very much. I edited Legend Kane's finisher and that was about it. I used Legend Undertaker in HCTP though.

I believe some of them can be, yes.

Season mode is.... different this time around. It's looking like specific people may have specific stories (Orton, Batista, etc)... I believe some of the legends are suppose to too.... I'm sure everyone won't have specific ones though.... I can't imagine a Hurricane specific season mode.

I know everyone knows this but it's for lazy ppl

In year's past, the SmackDown series has seen its ups and downs in regards to its season interface. First-person arena exploration, menu-driven text links, and variations on both methods have all been used from year-to-year for mixed results. But this season things look to be much better in the character navigation department as THQ has included an all-new 3D locker room feature that allows players to customize their very own home base just the way they want it.

Similar to the "Crib" option found in Visual Concepts' 2K Sports series, the Locker Room can be accessed inside and outside of season mode at any time (unless, of course, you're in the middle of a match) and acts as your hub for all things wrestling. Players who access their locker room during a season, however, get three exclusive options not offered directly from the main menu: Cutscene Costume Assignments, Royal Rumble Number, and Cutscene Subtitles.
The costume assignments don't apply to wrestlers without alternate outfits, of course, but if your guy happens to sport one (aka Triple H, Kane, John Cena, etc), you'll be able to switch between them with no problem. The cutscene subtitle option is pretty self-explanatory so there's no need to explain that one, but the Royal Rumble number is actually pretty cool. You see, the more you win over the course of the season, the higher your Royal Rumble number is when the event comes in January (thus increasing your chances at winning a title shot). If you continue to lose match after match, however, your guy will fall down the ranks and eventually be pick number one. It's a cool little feature to be sure.


Welcome to your Locker Room!

Perhaps the most impressive locker room feature in the bunch is the option to modify it until your heart's content. There are more than 200 customizable items in all and the possibility of thousands of different combinations. There are even special themes that players can pick for their room if they're fans of a particular subject (NWO, Kurt Angle, and Hulkamania, to name a few) and nearly 40% of all items are available from the start.

In order to unlock the rest, users will have to earn trophies by completing specific challenges, winning season modes, and by discovering other secrets hidden in the game. Once earned, each trophy will have an assortment of goodies attached to it that include cash, unlockables, and various shop zone purchase options. Most of these will then allow you to customize a number of different portions of your locker room -- Room Lighting, Wall, Floor, Furniture, Locker, Training Machine, Sound System, Trophies Case, Belts Case, and Collection Items can all be altered to reflect your own personal style. So if you want to place a replica of Kane's mask on your desk, you can go ahead and do so. If you'd rather stick a WCW poster up over your television set instead, you can do that too.

Getting these items won't exactly be easy either; the four different challenge options (Amateur, Rising Star, Superstar, and Legend) all bring their own unique goodies to the table. The cool thing is, not all of them play the same. An amateur challenge, for instance, may only require you to perform four finishers in a single match or maybe steal a taunt to earn your rewards. Higher up the food chain, however, things get a little bit tougher. We don't want to give the cooler features away, so the examples are going to remain a secret (for now), but trust us when we say that a lot of them are very tough, very unique, and very cool. There are even certain challenges that you can participate in with a buddy and the option to load certain challenges from scratch to set up scenarios rather than having to stumble on them.

But customization isn't the only thing that players can do in their locker room. After leaving the desk (used for checking challenges, visiting the WWE Shop, changing season mode subtitles, and checking profile stats), players can also head to their locker (change costume assignment), visit their training equipment (to increase attributes via experience points), check out their Wall of Fame (for viewing earned belts, title histories, and trophies), or move on over to a television set where they can select which load screens that want to see between matches. Users can even save up to six different profiles per memory card so that they can have, in effect, six different locker rooms.

As you can see, this feature has a lot of potential and it's definitely one of our favorite aspects of the game so far. While I'm pissed about the Hogan thing, too, at least the overall number of legends is similar to years past. Just the two "bonus" legends are both the same guy. I'd much rather see them as Mr. Perfect, Rick Rude, Owen Hart, Randy Savage, etc, but I'll make do with what they give me.

On the plus side, the locker room option looks fantastic. Yet another reason why I can't wait to play this game.
