I tried getting tickets. The price for these tickets went up literally over the week. It was nuts. I had the money and then i checked the prices again and i didnt have the money.

The great thing is that they moved the game to a late game so it sord of like a prime time game where everyone will see.

There's been a problem with counterfeit tickets being sold so it's prolly a good thing you didn't shell out the $600 or so for the ticket. I got mine in August from the box office so I'm set.

Yah i heard about that. Alot of Colts fans got them from what i've heard.

I think the question will be . Will 85 make it out alive?

Bob Sanders. Remember that name. He'll put a hit on #85 before this game is over. I still think Johnson will make it to the endzone tho.

Yeah but when you put into perspective putting 30 something points up IN Chicago that's a pretty big result, considering their defence is like what, #2 overall? Maybe #1 now.

RP - take a chill pill, I'm not attacking you.

You said, beating the Steelers and bengals would mean more then if the Pats had been 100% healthy and you beat them, I asked you to clarify and you took a mini-hissy fit. Not as good as the other one you had but still amusing.

So, plain and simple, you made a statement that made no sense, I asked you to explain it and you took a mini-fit, I then asked again and you ignored, I asked a 3rd time and you kinda of explained what you meant

Also, the funny thing is, you mentioned the Pats injuries affecting this year’s game long before I did; I've said all along injuries are part of the game.

I never used them as an excuse before or after the game, you’re the one who brought up the Pats injuries (by the way, they wont be “healthy” for the playoffs, although Dillon may heel and Light could be back, Koppen, Harrison, Chad Scott, Gus Scott, Poole, Starks, Gay are all done for the year, IR can’t return. 2 safety’s 4 cb, 1 OL (center). Faulk & Light were recently upgraded from “out” to doubtful so I expect to see them back by seasons end (although the way they talked about Faulk, I wouldn’t be surprised if he hits the IR soon) .

Losing one or two, even key players is part of the game, happens to every team, but this year is clearly different, the number of injuries and the depth of injuries is much worse then anything the Pats or Colts delt with the last few years. It’s not simply that Dillon is out, but so is his backup Faulk, so is the FB Pass, the 2 guys running the ball last week didn’t have jobs!

As for the Offense, I went through this with someone else, the offense did fine, it's the defense that got destroyed, and the stats show that clearly.

As for crying about injuries, I love how you make this stuff up, and as for the "you don't see Jets fans" you're right, neither team is "Crying" but ask a single Jets fan if they would have a better shot with Chad instead of Without and you no the answer.

K I just looked it up and it was actually 24-7, but still. Bengals only had 31 minutes possession, so it's not like the Chicago D would've gotten tired. Ok so Orton threw 5 picks that day so starting position was a factor, but you still have to remember that Chicago have a pretty awesome red zone defence, let alone #1 overall, so it's still a pretty big thing.

Bengals and Steelers game combined are more impressive victories in the big picture because of the caliber of both teams and the fact that we have them back to back. Then we have the Jags. I'm not saying they are better teams then a " Healthy " patriots team. We were coming off a bye, and the week before that we had a layup game and the week after that we had another layup. So yah beating a Superbowl champion is impressive, but it would mean alot more to outsiders such as media, espn ect. To beat the Bengals and then beat the Steelers back to back. Because of how good those teams are this year. No doubt if the Patriots were healthy they would be the best out of all three, but even if they were healthy. We had to win that game reguardless. It was a mental thing. It didnt matter if they were healthy or not. We needed to win that game. It meant alot if we won, but i think beating the Bengals and Steelers back to back would prove alot more about the Indianapolis Colts. Teams step up and win rivalry games all the time. It was eventually gunna happen, but when you play a couple of the best teams in the NFL back to back that you havent played in a couple of years, and beat them back to back. It proves alot more imo. Especially with this brutal schedule the Colts have. Thats what i'm saying.

Well, actually unless you went back and edited you did flip out, you even carried it over to another thread, even said I was attacking you... Where all I asked you for was to explain why you felt that way, and it took a while and you finally did.

So yeah, you act a little paranoid here. Everyone likes their home team, and most people disagree on stuff, but you tend to take it personal. Like, if someone says Manning isn't the best QB of all time, you seem (the way you respond) to feel it's like someone's calling your mother names or something.

So, apperently they moved the Colts v. Bengals to 4pm.

Everyone around here assumed when that happen they would carry the game. Apperently at 4pm, we get the Broncos v. Jets game.

I would agree RP you are pretty zealous in your teams defense sometimes. That can be annoying sometimes but when your team is 9-0 you have bragging rights. More power to you though.

No question about that... (looks at last years baseball and last 2 years football threads and sees Vel's posts).

Cincy lost to Jacksonville and Pittsburg. Indy beat Jacksonville and beat New England who beat Pittsburg...

So, by that I'd have to go Cincy today.

Looks like the weather will be decent so that wont slow Indy down.

Should be a good game, just don't think Cincy is at Indy's level.

Heck, don't think anyone is at Indy's level this year.
