He is my favorite wrestler. I just love his style, i bought his ROH dvd, but that's like all his early stuff, I'd like a bunch of stuff from his whole career, pwg roh, japan, etc.

King needs to take lessons from Matthews on how to interact with Cole since Cole sounds much better as an announcer when his partner is also interesting compared to his "meh" quality on RAW.

After Week 4:

Daniel Bryan: Vs. Khali this week? Seriously? He shows heart in the loss. True enough that Kobashi lost matches for over a year straight and got over. But that's Japan. I don't know if it works here. And a Chokeslam from Show. What. The. Fuck. The blow-off better be huge.
David Otunga: The original promo again. Not bad... Nothing new.
Darren Young: Young is starting to show a level of hostility. I am liking it. And Punk drops Young after the fault.
Skip Sheffield: The bit with Regal was nice. He seems a little over-enthusiastic, which will work for him. Crowd was dead for this match. Unfortunate to be honest.
Michael Tarver: Well, he's finally wrestling this week. Slater wins, but Tarver gets the heat. Tarver is slightly better in the ring than Otunga, but he looks like a skinny D-Von Dudley.
Wade Barrett: Red Rose this week. This guy is a good worker. He had a good match, but the crowd was dead. That's unfortunate. Good win with that slam.
Justin Gabriel: Gabriel seems to only have 1 move. He can sell well.
Heath Slater: Decent match. Nice Corkscrew Tope. He doesn't impress me, though. He gets the win, but doesn't really seem to have a finish.

Something from the Wrestlecrap board kind of puts this in perspective:

He has put up a hell of a fight in all of his losses (including not getting pinned in his third). Hell, he actually took Khali down. Most guys who face Khali DON'T. He had a chance against Jericho. He had a chance against the sloppy goof. He was injured against Barrett.

They're definitely playing the whole losing streak thing while still making him look strong. Most of his losses are a result of Miz or whatever holding him down.
Either way, it's all going to lead to a fued with Miz where he'll likely pull out the huge clean victory and win the US strap.

None of this is a guaruntee, but it seems pretty likely that this is what they're building towards

I really think they can build Danielson into the intense, sawed off badass character that Benoit was for them for years.
What he lacks in flash, he makes up for in the ring and the fans can really get behind this. Even the casual fans who aren't way into that stuff can take notice to this and get behind it. It has worked before.

Of course, I think Danielson has even more skill on the stick.
He's not as intimidating looking, but that can help him get over more as a babyface.
