Cant help but noticed the pre-order adverts saying the codes are to unlock the costumes 'immediately', which makes me think you can unlock these anyway (except for maybe the last two costumes, which has no advertisement text)

If there's one thing that I'm actually looking forward to about this game, it's that Josh Keaton gets to voice Spider-Man again (in the black suit/Ultimate universe)

I'll probably Gamefly it, since I'm really jonesing for a decent Spider-man game, but I don't wanna dish out full price for something that might only have one or two parts that I actually enjoy.

Yeah, but it wouldn't be the first time they used such language for something that you couldn't get in game.

Still, I'll take my chances, as unless there's something mind blowing in this game, I'm waiting for it to become a cheapie.

Any mentions of cameos yet? Spider-Man games seem to usually have a couple of cameos from other Marvel heroes. I think I saw Deadpool in one of the trailers but he seems to be a villain.

I'll probly be picking this one up if the reviews for it are decent enough although I've heard it only had 13 levels but then again they could be more like Chapters I suppose but I doubt it.

Really don't like the Noir parts of this game. Usually enjoy the stealth genre too. Don't know just hate it.

I just feel like both the beat-em-up sections and the stealth sections were done so much better in Arkham Asylum it's not even funny.

On the hardest level, AA is a challenge. On the hardest level on this, the AI is the same, they just take more hits to kill and you take more damage per hit

I agree, AA was a much better game. This is still enjoyable for an hour or so, but I don't see myself going back to unlock everything or even attempting to after I beat it.

I'd rather them go back and make a game like Spider Man 2 and bring back the free roaming only make a shit load more of "side crimes" to stop, instead of the 8 that game had.

I haven't read a Spider-Man comic book since 96, but I've always been a fan. I was on the fence about wanting it or not until I watched the video Kane Knight posted. I like the game's visuals (they look better than I originally thought). Looks pretty fun too. I can't afford new games right now so I'll wait until I can get it for $20.
