From PWInsider:

The flight ban out of Great Britain has been pushed back to 1 AM Tuesday morning locally, so there is absolutely no way the Raw talents will make it back to the United States. This will be the first time in WWE history that an act of God has prevented the majority of the roster from making a television taping.

WWE has yet to make any official statement on the situation.

According to PWInsider, this is the list of RAW talent that won't be here. The RAW undercard is in the states, apparently leaving after the RAW tapings in the UK.

They could do that, tape some interviews/angles over there (which I'd imagine they're already doing now) and just throw a SD main event in there to keep things decent. If RAW makes it back to the states in time, do a RAW main event on SD.

I would love it if they used the RAW talent remaining and put on a tremendous show. They've got Christian, Triple H, William Regal, Carlito, the NXT guys, Santino Marella and they could probably bring back Cody Rhodes early. But another part of me imagines that they'll get lazy and use SmackDown! guys -- which could also be awesome.

Jack Swagger could cut a promo calling Orton a coward (which would just be hilarious) and Triple H comes out to confront him. That can be your main event. Have Christian host The Peep Show with Edge as a guest, talking about the Steel Cage Match at Extreme Rules, which can bring out Chris Jericho & Wade Barrett -- tag team match.

And just do William Regal vs. Daniel Bryan in a proper match.

Seriously, though, if I were booking, I'd go with either Triple H vs. Jack Swagger or Triple H vs. Carlito. Either way, give it time and you have a good match.

I get that Batista would be traveling with the Raw crew so they can run Cena/Batista at the house shows. Seems odd that Orton was traveling with them too...I'd have thought he'd be with the SD crew working matches with Swagger.
