While I'm still waiting to form an opinion on him, does anyone else think that Vince once again is 2 years behind pop culture? Dancing with the Stars is kinda past its peak interest, just like pirates were starting a downturn in interest when Paul Burchill started swinging from ropes for his entrance.

Yeah, I've been trying to figure out what spurred Fandango's character as well. I suspect it was Dancing With The Stars though, as it still has a fan following. I just find the whole character rather creepy, gives off this sex-offender vibe. It's just that look, I dunno.

All jokes aside, Johnny Curtis could seriously be the next "face of the company" if booked correctly.

And by "could", I mean "should". He's got everything you need. The look, the charisma, the in-ring talent, the "fan's own" back story, the genuinely funny personality that would make the company he represents look awesome in media appearances and such.

Have to watch SmackDown this week just for Johnny Curtis. I am seriously pumped for Jericho vs. Fandango at WrestleMania. Jericho wouldn't be working with anyone he didn't feel was worth getting over (although he sometimes seems almost too generous with who he puts over), so I'm sure Jericho is going to get a WrestleMania-worthy performance out of Curtis, who after years waiting for his shot will no doubt put his best foot forward.

Really think that a feud with Jericho could be used to evolve the Fandango and Chris Jericho characters. I mean, they probably like 2D babyface Chris Jericho and 2D flamboyant heel Johnny Curtis, but they have the opportunity to turn Fandango into a character that makes kids cry.

Fandango could not only mock Jericho for his failures on Dancing with the Stars and trying to crack into the mainstream away from the WWE, but he could also show clips of heel Chris Jericho talking about how the Highlight Reel is dead and never coming back and of him calling the fans "hypocrites" and such. Curtis can get right under Jericho's skin by ripping his very existence as "Y2J" in the WWE apart.

Definitely the sleeper feud going on in WWE right now, and it has the potential to be the absolute greatest.

I also really want to see Curtis get the win at WrestleMania, but not with his sweet Leg Drop. Have him get the win with Jericho's own "Codebreaker" finishing move. I've always wanted to see a heel who uses the moves of his opponent to beat them, and Fandango, being "The Master of Movement" can use his dancing abilities, flexibility and knowledge of how to position himself to adapt any wrestler's move-set to his own repetoir.
