I'm watching WCW Bash At the Beach '96.
This of course is the famous ppv where Hogan was the Third Man in NWO. |

The main thing that the WWE Network has accomplished so far is making me miss early 2000s Kurt Angle. Pure gold.

I want to see one with Cornette. The banter he would create would be hilarious.

Oh geez. Could you imagine Cornette with Kevin Nash on a panel. It'd be the greatest thing ever.

I watched the first half of GAB 96 up to Benoit/Sullivan. First time Ive seen that in a while. Realized that they gimmicked the bathroom stall door so it would swing out so that they could do the slam the door on the head spot, the rest of the stall doors swung in but not out. Thats still one of the funniest things ever though...who can't laugh at Dusty saying "Theres a lady in the mens bathroom!".
The Malenko/Mysterio match was also really good. |

He was just beyond awful during that time. I can't believe he was kept on top for so long in the upper mid card. His feud with Paul Jones was stupid and lasted like 3-4 years. |

I noticed a few of the Wrestlemenia's I've watched lately that they've changed some music. Example: Demolition winning the Tag titles from The Colossal Connection. They edited out their "Demolition" theme and threw something else in. |

Lol oh lord. Poor ECW post 1999 was just a mess. Still loved parts of it, but yeah Barely Legal was pretty much the peak.
Heatwave 2000 was still pretty good. Doring Roadkill and Kid Kash vs Simon, Swinger and CW Anderson was a good opener. Lynn vs Corino was really good, Guido vs Tajiri vs Supercrazy vs Whipwreck was awesome and the main event was good, especially weird due to XPW. |

I guess Paul was just really burnt out in 99-00. Plus the nightmare of dealing with the assholes at TNN. He likely couldn't pay people because now being on national tv and ppv took up a lot of his money. Heat Wave 2000 is the show that the XPW morons were at. |
