Thats a bad idea IMO, I think they should just have another at large bid.

WAC doesn't really have much to offer

Boise State
Fresno State
Hawaii
Louisiana Tech
Nevada
Rice
San Jose State
Southern Methodist
Texas-El Paso
Tulsa

I think an at large bid would be better then any team off that list. Like for example this year, Texas and Cal are both better then any team in the WAC.

Looking at that list though, the WAC is clearly better than the Big East. Stupid Miami and VT
