Well personally I would have brought Nathan out. I wouldn't leave a closer in for 3 innings, but maybe that's just me?

If they were going to take Nathan out it should have been before the inning. Regardless, the Yankees are bound to win a game in extra innings because that one run comes so much easier for them than any other team.

I don't know what the Miz is getting at either. We did well against Lieber and the Yankees have the right to look down on the Twins coming into this series.

Outlaw, don't hate me, but I think the NL East is going to have a new representative next year. This year I think they turned it around because of all the history and all that, it motivated the players to get back to their peak, but they aren't getting any credit from the hometown. Neither of these last two games have been close at all to selling out, they just don't seem like they have the heart, and next year the reduced payroll is going to officially take its toll.

Attendance has been down. It's been like a steady decline since the 90's if I'm not mistaken. I dunno what their problem is, I mean the fans that are there are great and all and are dedicated, but it could be so much better.

I have these lucky socks on, they're blue, ive been wearing them since game 1 and when vlad hit the GS i was in the shower (= no socks on) so I put em back on and bam.

They work and they're not coming off until the World Series.

I don't even care if I become the smelly kid in class.

The only thins is that if Boston eliminated New York from the playoffs to go to the World Series, the Sox fans would get really cocky and think that the whole one sided rivalry was now even, even though is still wouldn't be at all.

But for me I like the Red Sox in a different way. For me it's like this the Red SOx have some great players on their team. Manny Ramirez Curt Schilling David Ortiz Ex Red Sock Nomar Garciapalla or whatever. And I got to give them props for that. I like them cause they show a lot of potential. Now just because I like them does not mean I will jump onto the Sox Bandwagon no. It means I give respect/credit to where it's due. I'm a true blue Yankee fan for life. And I believe Boston winning isn't such a bad thing. I mean Yanks won 4 years ago. When was Boston last world Series champ? Hell when was the last last time they were in the World Series at all? Had to be in the 60's so if they did win I wouldn't throw a huge fit. I just wish people wouldn't give me a blank stare call me a complete idiot just for giving respect to another team.

Getting a strike call that isnt a strike, thats luck. Or the other night when the ball bounced over the fence, that was luck.
