I feel asleep in like the 2nd... (not due to game quality, just tired).

Anyway, sounds like a good game.

Someone said Herm was arguing w/ his RB coach over which Rb was in?

Your the head coach, you put in the personel you want, if the RB was really making the decision and Herm was arguing w/ him rather then just making a change, then Herm has some serious problems as HC.

That being said, did the Jets team who did so well early in the season show up tonight or did they still look shakey? Cause if the Jets play like they did early in the season they should have a chance against pittsburgh... maybe Chad needs to be on the road to get away from NY media.

Dammit, that game was stressful. Poor Chargers.

I like the Jets and all but I hated seeing San Diego's season ending already. This was a great day and an awful day all at once. Great in that there was playoff football on my TV with one game going damn near 5 full quarters but bad in that both the teams I was rooting for lost. Not so much Seattle but... CHARGERRRRSSSSS!!!! I was all looking forward to San Diego winning and the crowd going crazy and just having this insane atmosphere. It would have been awesome.

haven't seen espn yet, just listening to the radio, they said the Jets had it won and on a 4th down incomplete a Jet gave Brees a forearm to the head... nice move putz.

Also, they're talking alot about Herm arguing w/ his coaches on the sideline... wish I stayed up for it.

if you didn't hear, Chad has a torn rotator cuff and played with it for the last 6 weeks and the playoffs.

Yeah, he may open his mouth and say dumb things, but playing w/ that injury in the throwing sholder... plus it explains some of his throws looking to be a little off after he came back from injury.
