I'd be happier and watch regularly, as would most of us. But in the grand scheme it'd probably be getting the same ratings if not worse, and the Batista and Taker marks in attendance would be confused.

I think things would have been REALLY intresting given if austin didnt quit in 2002, he would have put over some people that he normally wouldnt and perhaps wrestling wouldnt have gone downhill as much as it has. sometimes i think the downfall had a lot to do with 2 of the top names (austin and rock) leaving, one we all saw coming and the other we never saw coming. i dont think vince was all to ready for that and its something we probally over looked until you really think about it like i just did. When austin was injured in like 200? the triple h vs rock matches got boring QUICK.

Imagine where WWE would have been when Austin had to bow out for a full year starting in November of 99. They would have had HHH, and Foley for a few more months. But Rock filled in bigtime as the top face/draw. Taker was gone too.

They still compete. Even if they didn't, there'd be a 6 man MITB match and the card and event would be relatively unaffected. Only loss would be the intended winner most likely. Edges streak would stay intact. You'd lose out by having to adjust the winner most likely, and not having them on the card. But nothing really disasterous.

If andre beat hogan at WM 3, im willing to bet WM wouldnt be half of what it is now, and hulkamania would have died off a lot sooner then it was supposed too (if it ever did..) cause lets face it, if that never happened, wrestlemania 3 would have been a HUGE let down in front of 90,000 some odd fans...

Ya know speaking of the WrestleMania 3 main event, I don't think it'll never be matched in wrestling history. You just couldn't possibly put together another match like that, with that perfect of an angle and the right participants. Hogan-Austin really isn't in the same vein because Austin isn't really in Andre's league as far as being mainstream IMO. Putting it in the Silverdome, the brilliant buildup with Andre's custom made giant belt should he have won, the great SNME with the battle royal where Andre easily tossed Hogan out... Hulk was the underdog... A dominating three year title run and STILL the underdog. That's the part that can't be recreated. And then there was Andre's undefeated WWF run to add to the aura. All the pieces fell into place.

dude, that one was weak but ill anserew it. It would be one of the worst things to happen and probally would just be viwed as a cheap way to fill DX while triple h is gone. and if triple h was there, still a horrible idea IMO.

What if vince never fucked up wrestling?

Woah, i didnt notice what a good question that was. That would mean WWE wouldnt have TWO of its upcoming stars, and more importantly, the man who would usher a new era in for them. If done right, they could have been key members or key foes of the NWO in the begining or later on. Could have been a lot diffrent i suppose.

What if Ultimate Warrior didnt turn crazy and stayed with WWE up until this point?
