Tag wrestling is not dead. I don't care what WWE tries to say. Their Backlash main event is a tag match.

The format is fine. The problem is the teams they have. If they spent more than 30 seconds a week booking the tag titles, and put some actual talent and effort into building a tag division, it would be just as over as it was in the attitude era.

How is tag wrestling dead when Edge and Jeff Hardy are still riding high off the fumes of tag team success?
It's all a matter of booking and their lack of interest. Has nothign to do with the times or crowd not accepting the format as a whole. They do.

The Fink saying "tag team wrestling is dead!" was more of an angry quote than a statement of fact (In his eyes at least).

Earlier when the Colons split up, he was making a big deal about how tag team wrestling used to be an art and now there's no respect for it anymore or something along those lines.
