Right after the show ended my feeling was that this was a mediocre Wrestlemania at best, with the main event saving the show. But after careful consideration and much debate with Tb1, it wasn't so bad. In fact, there were multiple matches that were very good. The part of me that still wants to believe that wrestling is real took over and my judgment was clouded by who actually won the matches as opposed to overall match quality.

John Morrison & R-Truth vs. The Big Show & The Miz was way too short, but no biggy. Was the least anticipated match on the card besides the Divas’ match.

The Triple Threat Match was better than I thought it would be. Randy Orton is OVER as a face.

Looking forward to Jack Swagger’s push now. Didn’t expect him to win. I’m surprised they went with him, but he deserves it. They haven’t done much at all with him. A push for him will be awesome.

Sheamus/Triple-H was better than I thought too. Crowd got into it, which shows that they did well.

Didn’t expect Rey Mysterio to win either, and this should be the end of that angle. Having Mysterio join the Straight Edge Society wouldn’t have worked, but the match was good.

Bret Hart should’ve wore his tights. I wish they hadn’t done this. It was a letdown with barely even a pop for the Sharpshooter. They could’ve booked it much better and should’ve just let Hart and Vince McMahon go at it. Had Hart applied that first Sharpshooter he went for, the match would’ve gone for a third of the time, and the crowd would’ve been ten times as hot for it and gave Hart a pop, but throughout it, they were dead. I know there were limitations, but of all the ways to book it, why this? It dragged on way too long. When Hart hit McMahon for the 25th time, I was getting vibes from the crowd like, “Enough already.”

Glad Chris Jericho won, so that’s nice. Can’t wait for more. Jericho has to be taken seriously, so this should help. Hopefully, things escalate on SmackDown with Edge having to overcome some obstacle before winning. They can continue the feud based on the idea that Edge never hit the Spear in the match and if he did he would’ve won.

Divas were awful. Honestly, what was the point of that? Does nothing for nobody.

I expected John Cena to win.

18-0. Shawn Michaels/Undertaker was great. What an ending to the show. The finish to that match was a reminder of why I bother with wrestling. If you’re a fan, it doesn’t get any better than two legends giving us everything they have, just like last year.

9/10. That announce team sucked. They have to do something. Worst part of the Pay-Per-View. Without Jim Ross, there’s just something missing, as it has been on every PPV since JR left. Matt Striker and Michael Cole seem to be locked in combat over who can be the worst announcer of all time.

If they really want Michael Cole to be the "voice of WWE RAW and ppv's for years to come", they should pair him with Jim Ross at RAW, therefore giving him a chance to learn from JR...

...Lawler should take a couple moths off, just to see if he can come back with his batteries recharged, cause i think he's running on low and just going through the motions, so to speak.

That reminds me, the play by play is absolutely horrible. It takes me out of every show. Michael Cole is so bad I can barely take it. It's unbelievable how terrible he is. And Lawler? My god he's bad as well. Ever since he stopped being a heel announcer he's been bad. I don't have a problem with Striker, but Cole and King need to go, NOW. It's not the same without JR and never will be.

Grisham sucks too but I can deal with it.

Josh Matthews is pretty good. And he's humble, not like Michael Cole, who seems like is full of himself.

HBK outperforms the entire roster on a nightly basis and he's more than double the age of some of those guys. I really don't think he should be done.

Tag Team Title Match
Good match, way too short. It should have been about double the length it was. The right team went over. I was hoping to see Danielson but I figured NXT wouldn't show and it makes sense because they don't deserve to be at Wrestlemania.

Triple Threat Match
I loved this match. It was booked perfectly. It made Randy Orton look great and it made him look a step ahead of his proteges, which was the point to the feud. Orton is a great worker, he carried two guys to a good match and was flawless. Loved Cody's tights for those of you that didn't understand those are Texas Longhorns burnt orange.

Money in the Bank
Solid Money in the Bank but it was 4 wrestlers too many in the match. I don't like the concept of Money in the Bank (ie title shot whenever you want) but I like the fact that you give the fans big spots. Shooting Star Press was great and Swagger taking 20 seconds to take the briefcase was funny. Swagger could really go for a manager.

Triple H/Shemus
Solid match. And that is how you put over a guy without losing to him. Triple H doesn't get enough credit for how much of a ring general he is and Shemus did really well. Good to see Triple H bit the bullet and slum it for Wrestlemania to put on a show with a guy that is not yet established. Something his buddy Shawn has never done.

Punk/Mysterio
Probably the best 6 minute match I ever saw. Should have went 12.

Hart/McMahon
I got exactly what I was looking for. Was it a great match? No. It was a great beatdown, and that's what I wanted. Not to mention I got to see Vince take the Hart Attack was great.

Jericho/Edge
This was a great match. It told the best story and was executed perfectly. I'm a Jericho mark so seeing him take it was great. This would have been match of the night if it went as long as Taker/Michaels.

Divas Match
I thought Vicky Guerrero doing a Frog Splash and pointing to the sky was a great moment. It was odd to see the fans cheer for Vicky even if it was only for a moment.

Cena/Batista
Finally Cena won a match I wanted him to. I don't know Batista so to see Cena beat him was great. They put on a good match, it was solid and beyond my expectations was better than their Summer Slam match.

HBK/Taker
Great match. I repeat GREAT MATCH. It wasn't as good as last year (no shame in that last year was a Top 5 Wrestlemania match of all time). I thought the Shawn Michaels send off wasn't as epic as it could have been, but that's just nit picking. I'm not a big Michaels mark but give the devil his due. If this is the last time we see him (I doubt it) we just witnessed the best wrestler inbetween the ropes of all time.

Overall
Probably not on the Top 10 Wrestlemania's of all time but that's not a dig, that's just a sign of how much I love Wrestlemanias. Almost all the matches (Divas, Triple Threat, & Hart/McMahon being the exceptions) should have gone longer. 112 minutes of in-ring action in a 240 minute long PPV is unexceptable. Other than those few problems I enjoyed the show. WWE really needs to learn how to tighten up their should so they don't have over 2 hours of no matches going on.
