Watching HNIC online post game - looks like Horton has gained 50lbs to his face since he first came into the NHL. I really haven't seen him since Florida, lol.

Here's to hoping for a Bruins/Nucks final now.

Bruins are going to be in tough vs Philly though. Completely different team than the Habs in every aspect.

Goaltending is going to be Philly's downfall though.

It would be great to get another team in Canada....but Winnipeg will have the same problems Edmonton has...

No one wants to play there.

The fan base is there, there is no doubt about that.

Free agents? re signing current roster players? It's gonna be tough. There is very little appeal to either of those towns. Edmonton at least has that gigantic mall, and more social stuff...but the winters are -1000 degrees.

Ask yourself this....

If you could make 3 million a year playing in Winnipeg, or 2.8 million playing in Phoenix...which would you pick?

Does Montreal riot tonight?

Habs played a great series. They were up 2-0 in the series going back to home ice, so this could be considered a failure.

But still...Montreal has rioted for less.

Pens just didn't have it on the Powerplay and cost them the series. Bolts deserve credit for coming back from 3-1 as well.

Nothing against Rolly or TB, but Crosby/Malkin, this is a different series. Even 1 of the 2.

You can't have 2 superstars injured and expect to do much. Good job on even making it 7 games.

Well with the Pens out (and quite frankly easier they go out now then against Washington, where they would have gotten killed and even though they'd have been without Croz and Geno Washington would have acted like they slayed some mythical dragon and won the Stanley cup and would just been really obnoxious) I'm solidly in the Canucks camp, they're my second team now that I live in the area (my rule of thumb is Pens first, team whose city I live in second [plus I've always really liked the Canucks anyway, 93-94 was super exciting as was Henrik's 4th OT goal against Dallas I stayed up all night for that one, plus this current iteration is great I love Kessler, Edler and Burrows], granted if I ever lived in Washington or Philly that would not apply but you get my point)


So here's hoping, plus I'd love to be able to take in a Cup parade, missed out when the sens fucking choked against the Ducks.
