This game is looking pretty fucking cool, its saving grace is the new controls really. Every game prior to HCTP was pretty boring because we'd all mastered the controls and we finished season in a flash.

Shawn Michaels is gonna be my first pick in season, followed by:

I think I'm gonna use a created star for the Season Mode first or I might use Kane for the first run through get enough to unlock everything then use my created star. Not long left to go now should get mine this friday. I haven't been this excited for a Smackdown Game since Smackdown 2 and then before that WWF Attitude.

Any word on which (if any) legends will be unlocked at the start? I know that Perfect, Tazz, and The Rock are locked by default

Also, I pretty much stayed away from the content this year cause I had a ton of other shit going on...and as a result the wait was fairly short this year

I just remembered last year, the problems with the glitches, like wrestlers 'skating' when you did a running irish whip, kinda funny when you look back at it, I hope shit like that doesn't mess up the next game, its looking great so far.

I am sort of conflicted. I really want to buy it when it comes out now, but I only have a PS2. I plan on buying a 360 around February, and the 360 version is obviously superior.

I thought it was confirmed that you cannot use your own music for CAWs? Or did you mean during the menus, etc.?
