You know what, I don't think I'm going to be around here much in the next couple of days, so rather than just leave this hanging, I'm going to wave the white flag and let somebody else have a pop.

The answer was Scott Hall. The famous tag team who helped train him are former WWF World Tag Team champions The U.S. Express, Barry Windham and Mike Rotunda, who would later feud with Hall over the Intercontinental championship in 1993/94 under the name Irwin R. Schyster.

And the Fonz-like gimmick he portrayed was "Razor Ramone" (sic), the greasy Ramones-influenced biker persona he portrayed on entering the WWF in mid 1992. I don't believe a Ramone match was ever televised, and he would later undergo an overhaul and become rich Cuban immigrant 'Razor Ramon'.
