great show. loved that ending sequence. Punk played that off perfectly. Sure you saw it coming, but it was brilliantly done. loved him scaling the cage in 3 seconds.

Barrett-Punk feud should be interesting since Barrett is replacing Cena for a while and if Barrett creates his own group to counter Punk.

Miz-Orton should be good but at the same time ends any chance of Morrison-Miz continuing even though today's title match involving both of them was very good.

Good RAW, IMO. I think that the product is now going into the direction of having multiple stories being concentrated on again. Not just the WWE/WHC scene dominating the show. Everybody kind of has some type of "thing" that they have to do with the show.

I'm not on the up and up of NXT rosters. Could Barret get a returning Sheffield and other NXT members to get a new Nexus type group? Then again, it just seems like an NWO vs NWO Red type thing which could get lame fast.


This right now has all the makings of a Punk vs Cena vs Barret triple threat gimmick match at Wrestlemania. HITC or something.

R-Truth and Alberto Del Rio looked like SUPERSTARS. Great showing by both of those guys, that was a phenominal match.

The Miz and Morrison is the same story, really great title match that reminded my of some early 2000's type of booking.

And of course the main event, one of the best cage matches ever on Raw I would say, what a great match! Perfect set up for the surprising Punk/Barrett feud.

I'd rate those three matches four stars, which in my opinion is about as high as you can go without an amazing storyline and build up.

Looking at the roster, I think having R-Truth and Sheamus could have a nice tweener feud as being above the US Title Picture, but below the true heavyweight contenders.

I doubt it'd work given it's Ireland and England, but seeing how similarly sized they were, I wonder how a Sheamus/Barret TEAM would work vs Nexus and vs. Cena.

You could even throw R-Truth into the mix in this as well. You'd manage to have TEN superstars involved in a feud while allowing Miz, Orton, Morrison etc to focus on the title.


Next question is can they somehow start to elevate a few more Raw heels here to joing the Miz, Orton crowd. Someone like Dolph Ziggler would be PERFECT here.
