I won 2 of the 3 finals I was in. Best year of fantasy football that I've had.

3rd place in the TPWW league, not bad.

If only Eli could have done something at all week 15. A reasonable 10-11 pts instead of the 1.4 he got that week could have won me the league. I think next year I'm gonna be on a strict no Giants drafting strategy.

Some waiver wire gambles really work and others fall flat on their faces - very glad I picked up and played Bryce Brown at the end of the season, very glad I didn't play Curtis Brinkley this week after all the Yahoo 'experts' were telling us how he was going to be the Chargers lead back.

The "experts" over analyze everything. They said don't bother picking up Alfred Morris at the beginning of the year because of Shanahan's rb commitee history. Glad I didnt listen

That and they have to fill in copy.

I seem to recall following their advice and picking up Lance Ball on account that because Moreno had been inactive the previous week it was obvious that Ball and Hillman would split the carries in Denver.

The other thing is that more often than not, the guys that they start bigging up were snapped up 3 weeks ago off the FA wire.

It seems that you don't need much talent to be an 'expert' blogger on fantasy sports.

Won my cash league. I missed the draft and was auto drafted. My qb's throughout the year were RG3 and Ryan Fitzpatrick who I picked up on waivers. Grabbed Matt Schaub at the deadline. Won my last 4 to qualify for the playoffs which I did by winning my last game by 1.3 points and finished 7-6. Once I hit the playoffs I went on a tear scoring 195 and 160 to reach the finals. Was down 13 going into Seattle vs San Fran. I had Seattles D and he had San Fran and basically needed Seattle to blow out San Fran and hold San Fran to low points. Well I ended up winning my game 130-125 and picked up a nice pot of 140 bucks and bragging rights. By winning the league with a friggen auto drafted team. Put a lot of work grabbing players off waivers so I'm pretty proud.
