With all due respect, G.D., how is someone answering a question with facts "playing it safe"? ECW was a separate entity from WWE. WWE resurrected ECW in their own image in 2005, and around 2008 or 2009 (I think, could've been slightly earlier/later) it was clearly stated by WWE that the ECW title in '06-'10 form was NOT a world title.
