Orton won the match and then Flair and Batista chase Orton in the ring,only to get chairshots and a kick by RKO. Orton runs to the cage and starts to climb up as Evo and Kane try to grab RKO as he climbs up but Randy kicks them away and makes it out alive .HHH looks on from the top as RKO holds his title near the entrance.

Yeah, it would have been wise to at least have a video of HBK talking about the match or whatever is on his mind. But either way, tonight was a busy night building up other matches so they probably didn't think of that.

Not a bad RAW from my standpoint. Surprised Edge was stripped of the title. Jericho/Christian ladder match should be good. Looked like Nidia popped out, or possibly just a bra was showing. I don't think this is the last of Eugene. Maybe they'll just take him off TV for a little while, and do something different. Christy is my pick to win the Diva contest, since my original pick, Maria, was voted off last week. And I'd like to see Orton retain, but not so sure it will happen. Somehow I think Orton will get screwed out of the title Sunday.

Terrible for a go home show.

Christian is put in an IC title match? Why? Because he had a past fued with Jericho? Or because he came out to the ring first? Why wasn't anyone else on the roster a little upset that Christian got that spot? And why did they book a Ladder Match for a thrown together match? Maybe its so Christian can re-injure himself, I mean its not like he just had a serious injury or anything.

Sticking with that program. Who the hell booked Tomko to go over? Way to make the potential IC champ look real strong. But hey at least Jericho isn't Benoit.

Speaking of guys who look weak, did you notice where Benoit was? I am so sad to say that I hit the nail on the head with his fate after he dropped the title. Remember when he was a "main eventer"? So much for those days.

Trish was the highlight of the night for me, she really rocks in every way.

HHH-Eugene-what a watse of time. HHH gets his win back...yaaaaaaaaa! And Eugene's career is over because of a separated shoulder. For f #$%sakes, do they even watch their own TV? Remember when Mick Foley got thrown off and through a "15 foot high cage", if I recall correctly he came back. Remember when Austin was run over by a car, you guessed it, he came back. Remember when HHH was dropped from a crane in a Lincoln, he only missed two weeks and he came back. Remember when Angle was thrown off a balcony, he came back. Remember when HBK had his throat crushed by Kane? He came back too, in fact he's on the next PPV. I'm no fan of Eugene, so its not like I'll miss the guy, but at least come up with something plausible to get rid of him.

Divas Search......words cant describe the boredom.

And how about the World Champ. Whoever is in charge of his booking should be excused becaus eobviously its their first time booking a top babyface. I mean he can barely beat Kane, who everybody and their Mother beats, and he's always running! Unless his gimmick is that he won a gold medal in the 100M dash, BABYFACES SHOULDN'T RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Go back watch some tape, how many times did Hogan run? How many times did Austin run? How many times did Rocky run? These are the guys who dre money, why not try to learn from that and use it to your advantage. Maybe if the lukewarm crowd reactions he gets doesn't scare them off, the buyrate for Unforgiven should scare them straight.

Seriously, Unforgiven might end up being an okay PPV, because they have the horses on RAW to make a show watchable, but the build to this show has been far worse than any show in years.

Actually, Cynick, the show sounded better than how you put it. I don't mind Orton running as long as it's in a smart manner. Yeah, faces don't run, but it's just idiotic to take on four people at once. Orton showed that he's smart and won't just go down weakly.

Benoit on the other hand... damn, it's a good thing he doesn't have Eddie's tendency to overstress, or he'd have sprung an aneurysm by now.

It was a pretty good raw. I love the heel Trish now it rules it really does. Glad for Randy Ortan getting the hell out of there.

Triple H vs. Eugene........ something tells me Eugene will be back maybe in a week or two or 3 or 4 But he will be back.

I'm totally disagreeing with CyNick on pretty much everything he said, but that's okay.

I loved Raw. I thought every match was good... Though Kane should have wrecked Orton. I'm super duper excited for the IC ladder match between Jericho and Christian. I loved the eight man tag match. I thought that helped boost Rhyno, Tajiri, and La Resistance. I would have liked to see a stand off betwen Rhyno and Batista before they started to wrestle. Trish makes a great heel.

I'm sure the WWE is going to keep Trish and Christian together, but I'm not totally sure. Tomco is still with Trish, and Christian is still with Tomco. I haven't seen Christian with Trish the past two raws. No big deal.

Did anyone else notice that last week they hinted at a possible E and C return? I'm kind of glad Edge is injured. Though and E and C rerurn would be awesome, I'd still prefer Christian as a singles wrestler.

Awesome Raw again. You know the more and more we go, I'm lovin Orton as a babyface. I thought that whole end segment was great. The match was crap booking because Kane got most of the offense in and that shouldn't have occured. I saw what CyNick said about Babyfaces shouldn't run and I agreed with him two weeks ago when Orton hit Trips with the Title and then ran through the crowd, but this week I think the situation was a "Running" situation. 4 on 1 inside a cage. No way Orton could overcome that with just a steel chair. Austin might of, but Austin was a tough bad ass. Orton is young and smart and I just don't see him whipping ass like Austin. I see him more as the DDP of 98 and HBK of 97. They would go through the crowd and run away a lot during that time to escape. I was even going "Get out of there" to Orton as I watched because you know if he doesn't he's dead.

But I see CyNick's point as people love to cheer the superhumans like Austin, Hogan, Sting and Rock. But, I just don't see Orton as that kind of character. Actually, Orton did get a few shots in when Batista and Flair came in. But then Kane sat up and HHH came in and Orton was going to die if he didn't get out of there. The crowd was really cheering Orton when he was climbing out though, so it wasn't that bad to have him run.

Just to clarify, I'm not a huge fan of superman comeback and laying out 5 or 6 guys at once. But at the same time, I cant think of a babyface who ever got over by running and being "smart". Hey if it works, I'll admit I was wrong. But listen to the crowds, they are totally not into him as a top baby. Eugene and Benoit both were far more over than Orton on RAW.

The bottom line is people like to cheer for guys who do unbelievable things, like beat up 4 guys at once. It may not make a lot of sense in the real world, but this isn't the real world, this is wrestling.

Bret Hart and HBK got over to degrees without being ass kickers, but they largely got over because of their superb work. While Orton is very good in the ring, he's nowhere near the level of a Hart or HBK.

Sad thing about all this is Unforgiven looks like a really good show on paper, but it has been rushed wayyyyy to fast. I didn't even know it was this Sunday until JR mentioned it. That's pretty sad considering I watch Raw every week.

What a weak Raw thread this week. Looks like everything falls apart when I'm not here

It wasn't a bad show really. The 8 man tag was better than I expected, Orton has really proven that he has a whole lot of charisma, and can back it up in the ring. The whole HHH/Eugene thing was pretty stupid, but it was just to build up Orton/Trips even more. I hope Eugene's career is over like JR said, and Nick Dinsmore's career is going to begin in a month or so

Yeah its like it'll be good, but does anyone care about it? I care less about this PPV than I did about Great American Bash, and I'm not even joking.
