Really? Whats the trick with them then? I always aim straight for their head but I notice that with the armor they have it seems not to work that well. Any tricks on killing brutes?

Either stay back and try headshots/gernades or run them while shooting and try to melee them. That's pretty much the key to Halo. Either hide or get up in their face.

ok this is the secret ending....
highlight to read *SPOILERS*
Basically it shows chief and cortana and where they are now... the ship them and arbiter were on was sucked into a dimension or something and only half the ship made it through the barrier, the one side with arbiter crashed and landed on the earth and chief and cortana are floating aroudn space.
Cortana puts chief in that pod and she says it'll be years till they get found...
Then it shows the ship floating towards a planet...
Thep lanet is apparently the onyx that they talk about in the terminals.
The new game is apparently about training spartans...

That planet at the end is a new area that I don't think was introduced in a book. For all we know it was just some teaser to a future story Bungie has no plans for at the moment.

Was playing some customs last night, there was a game called
"RUN HUMANS!" and basically its infection on sandtrap...
But it starts off with one "ghost" the ghost runs stupidly fast, abit slower than a warthog and they've got a sword and active camo... and they're black...
Anyway the normal people have to get away from the ghosts... everyone gets in vehicles and pegs it basically, here's some pics...

I'd pay the full 800mp for Sidewinder's return alone. And the new Lockout looks sweet, can't wait to Forge my CQC gametype to it. And Sidewinder will get the Jeep Wars treatment. Then we have Ghost Town to play with.

Took a break from COD4, went back to this. Still enjoyable. Have yet to touch campaign. My roommate and I can play multiplayer online with Halo so it's a lot more fun. One of the things I really wish COD4 had.
