Hmm... what about the Antagonist and Mechanist armor switch trick?

I can't see on the Fallout Wikia what this black ranger armor is, but if you can find it there, find a similar piece of armor with a higher value, you should be able to sneak, place the higher valued armor into their inventory, then reload the cell so they equip it, removing the black ranger armor, allowing you to pickpocket it.

Did you patch your game Fignuts? Pre patch theres a way to kill people, rangers included, without them attacking you or losing reputation, and then take their armor.

There isn't I don't think, believe me I looked. The only 2 options I know of, is if you are working for the NCR towards the end of the game, or right at the end of the game if you do Mr. House's ending, won't be able to use it till DLC comes out but atleast you'd have it.

Edit: Oh and I guess if you aren't working for the NCR you can find rangers at camps when you are around level 15.

Not sold all of it though, I use plasma rifles so it's good to have a few spares for repairs.

Love the PC version. Got a mod to create my own bottlecaps at workbenches (1 hammer, 1 paintgun, 1 scrap metal for 50) and a level 100 cap. Just need a new GFX card so it looks alright.

I wiped out the Van Graffs because they wanted to kill Cass and the BoS asked me to in return for joining them. It was a happy coincidence. I planted C4 everywhere around the shop, nicked the Plasma Caster and made a run for it to the bathroom and detonated the C4 to cripple everyone, then annihilated them with the gun. It made pretty short work of everyone. I did this relatively early on in my character, so I had to be a bit sneaky to not get destroyed.

The Anti-Materiel rifle is a monstrous weapon.

Same. Unfortunatly, Cass hated me for being an evil bastard and then left after I talked to her.

At least it let me use Power Armor.

I think you misunderstood what I said. Either that or I mispoke.

I was stating that Dead Money wasn't as good as Broken Steel so I was disappointed. Broken Steel is my favorite DLC on the Box.

So when this DLC comes out for PS3... I like that it raises cap level... but how buggy can it be? Is it like freezing every 10 minutes?

Decided to stop playing until I get my new PC.

I'll be able to enjoy thenrest of the game with amazing details like "textures" and "stereoscopic 3D".

I noticed when I have recruited all three, it doesn't register me recruiting Dean Domino either. However, I'll try that Dog/God trick. Thanks bro.

Having a problem. I was doing Ed - E my Love quest and left Ed e with April of the Followers. Then eventually it said Ed e's upgrades are complete, so I went back to Primm and Ed e was not there. Went back to Old Mormon Fort and he and April were not there either. All there is on the map is a marker pointing to Knight Lorenzo and when I talk to him, he says nothing about Ed E. So WTF.

Actually this shouldn't be the issue. I recruited God on my play through. It actually paid off later on down the line.

I would go back to an early save and go from there. The patches that were released should have fixed your problem.

If you dropped him off with the FoA, then you shouldn't have to deal with the BoS. You have to wait 3-4 days after your dropped him off and then pick him up at Primm. It is kinda the same as if you lose one of your companions.

Have you got the patch that lets companions fast travel home? If not he might have died on the way

I would check the Lucky 38 too, he's not meant to go there but since this game is riddled with glitches it's a possibility.

Sooo has anyone else picked up honest hearts? I bought the DLC on Tuesday when it came out. I haven't had a chance to sit down and finish it but have been a little bit of time into it. I enjoy it more than Dead Money. I think this appeals to a much broader group of people than DM did. I love the story about the Burned Man as well. The desert ranger armor is pretty sweet.

Haven't played this in forever. I haven't even gotten into the last DLC yet. (Sierra Madre or whatever it's called) Will eventually though.
