Terrible unis or not, the Spurs will once again come out of nowhere, finish with one of the best records in the league, and make the playoffs, as they seem to do every year.

Celtics look like they might be getting Josh Smith this season since he doesn't want to sign any extension with the Hawks while also recently being involved as the only non-Celtic player who showed up at Rondo's team workout in LA.

Either they get him in a sign-and-trade deal with Atlanta this year or get him the following offseason without giving up anyone.

Have a feeling even with the new rules, superstars won't be punished as harshly as regular players just like with every rule in the NBA. Also doesn't really combat that the refs are really inconsistent when it comes to flopping and legit charges being called.
