I'd be interested to see a list of his clients actually. Javon Walker can't be the only one who's dumped him in the past couple months.

If I had this guy as an agent and saw what he did with the TO situation, I would drop him in a heartbeat. I mean, TO gets enough bad PR himself but Rosenhaus just adds to the troubles. If I was another one of his players I would most certainly give him a call and search elsewhere.

Like him or not, like Scott Borus for baseball, he gets the job done and gets his guys top $$$.
Look at MCGahee, he got a guy who they didn't know if he'd walk normal again a 1st round pick. The best was he pushed that Belicheck was scouting him, the truth was Belicheck was there looking at someone else, and McGahee was around and helped out or something... |

Hey Bean, how about CJ Mosley now? Sid Hartman has been singing his praises for the past two weeks. Watch out!

Let me guess: Sid is saying he's said all along that this CJ Mosley kid is something special?
![]() I hope they have signature "voice of the team" crap for the emails/newspapers in Madden in the future... we could have Sid saying "I told you so" about everything. |

and not ONE Viking on there! And by the way, my brother tried arguing that Rosenhaus is responsible for TO's shit. No, TO is responsible. You take risks when you sign with Rosenhaus. He's the heavy hitter, he "gets it done." When you're an amazing player, usually your contract will work itself out. Everyone else needs to go to a special Agent who can milk it. Like when you need corrective surgery, like when you need money fast... you take risks. Surgery could kill you, short-term loans will destroy your credit. And when you sign with Rosenhaus, you have to be prepared for a holdout. Terrell Owens doesn't know how to hold out. He's getting a bad rap because of one client; and remember -- it's just one client. |

If i had any football talent. I'd take him as my agent. The argument that Rosenhause is resposible is just dumb. If TO is not getting paid, Rosenhause isnt getting paid. Its pretty simple. And considering Drew has had way more success then he has had failure. I would say T.O screwed T.O.

And, since we're on the topic of disgruntled players, the latest reports have Terrell Owens dumping agent Drew Rosenhaus. Owens would be the second marquee player to fire Rosenhaus in a week. Javon Walker, who threatened a holdout before reporting to the Packers, dismissed the outspoken agent last week.

Couple interesting articles for you guys to peruse
From profootballtalk.com CAP COULD MOVE TO $95 MILLION Early word is that the official cap number for 2006 will land somewhere between $92 million and $95 million per team, up from $85 million this year and higher than the previously anticipated range of $89 million to $90 million. Even at $95 million, several teams need to trim more than $20 million in 2006 payroll. The Jets and Raiders each exceed $120 million, and the Broncos have more than $118 million committed to next season. The Chiefs are at $114 million, and the Redskins are at $112 million. Despite a serious purge in 2005, the Titans are at $102 million. The Falcons are a hair under $102 million, and the Bucs are at $100 million. The other teams currently north of the anticipated spending limit are the Fins ($97 million) and the Steelers ($96 million). At the other end of the spectrum, the Browns are at only $61 million and the Cardinals are at $62 million. The Vikings are at $68 million, giving them yet another offseason with more than $20 million on hand in an effort to upgrade the roster. The Packers are $70 million and the Bengals are at $71 million. At $71 million, the Seahawks have plenty of room to sign running back Shaun Alexander, if they so choose. The Chargers also are at $71 million, which means they can keep both Drew Brees and Philip Rivers, if they so choose. The Niners are at $74 million, and the Bears and Jags are at $75 million. The folks within $20 million of the expected cap are as follows: Rams ($76 million); Ravens ($77 million); Texans ($78 million); Saints ($82 million); Bills ($82 million); Lions ($83 million); Eagles ($85 million); Giants ($89 million); Cowboys ($90 million); Pats ($92 million); Colts ($92 million); and Panthers ($93 million). |

Minnesota: WR Nate Burleson (RFA); C Melvin Fowler; RB Michael Bennett; WR Koren Robinson; G Toniu Fonoti; C Cory Withrow; QB Shaun Hill; RB Moe Williams; LB Keith Newman; LB Sam Cowart; S Corey Chavous; CB Brian Williams; DE Lance Johnstone; CB Ralph Brown; LB Raonall Smith; K Paul Edinger; S Willie Offord.
Fuck, dude. We need like over half of those people. Burleson - Best player ever. We'll probably just tenderize him. ![]() Fowler - Great insurance policy for when Birk goes out again and then retires. Withrow can go fuck himself. Bennett - Can go fuck himself, tbh. Horrible player, wasted space. Koren Robinson - The replacement to Randy Moss we need. We will break the bank and regret it later when he hits the bottle again. Fonoti - Tice has a hard-on for this guy. If Tice is here next season, so will Fonoti. Withrow - Shouldn't be in the NFL. Shaun Hill - See above. Moe - Is a great leader, and I love him to death, but unless we can sign him to the minimum, he should just retire. He hasn't even played this season. And what he used to do well -- read defenses -- no longer worked this season. Probably because that's the only thing Tice does with Moe in the game... either a dive or a screen. Dunno. Not versatile to do anything unless we're on the goal line. Newman/Johnstone - the only pressure we get on the QB comes from these guys. They're immense. We need them both. Chavous - I wish he would retire early so he could be a coach. Such a smart player, I'd hate to lose him, but I hope he stays for a good price. Not a very good player though. Not Strong Safety material tbh. Brian Williams - He's proving himself this season. I felt he proved himself last season, but the Vikings brass didn't agree. Deserves a new contract. Very versatile, and has a career at safety when he gets older. Ralph Brown - Has proven he's capable of being a nickle, even starting in a pinch. We have so much depth he will likely go elsewhere, but I don't trust Devonte Edwards and all the other scrubs Tice brings in as undrafteds... we need an established role player, and I Brown. He goes nuts whenever he makes a play, but he's like Koren Robinson and a lot of our guys... came in here with a chip on his shoulder, proved himself, will make decent money elsewhere.Raonall Smith - One of our best defensive players. Hasn't had a full, healthy season ever. Spent 2 of the last 3 years on IR the entire year, and last year he missed the end of the season after dominating early on. Yet we've kept him... he better sign for a discount with a team that has shown so much patience with his ass. So much speed and ferocity, he's definitely our best playmaking LB (when healthy). Offord - Has proven incapable of playing safety since he was drafted, but got a little better every year. A late bloomer. He was awesome as a nickel linebacker last season, and they say he had an insane game by SS-standards before he went out for the season. The injury and him being a backup should give us him at a discount, but then Denny Green will probably be trying to steal all of these guys. Edinger - Love this dude. Should break the bank in Kicker-terms for him. Who cares if he's not consistent... he has a leg and is clutch. That's all I care about. Having 10 years of gary and morten anderson have made me desperate. If we let him go, we need to work our asses off to bring back Elling, cause he looks like a 12 year old James Spader. ![]() Oh and 20 mil in cap room will probably take care of these guys, though we'll probably let most of them go and spend it all on Edgerrin James. |

He's getting old, and they said he ain't the same. As far as linebackers are concerned, it's better to bring them up yourself than to import them... Unless it's a MLB, since they're the man.
If I didn't say it before, Sam Cowart should stay one more year; he's a big reason our D is stepping up finally. |

Vinatieri will probably just be franchised again or signed to a deal. I really can't see him playing for any other teams, I doubt the Pats would let that happen.

The thing about those defensive free agents of the Colts is, there is no defensive system in the NFL that will pay those guys huge money, because they are so undersized. There gunna get nice upgraded contracts from Indy, but no one will really pay them a ton of money. We will resign them with no problem.
Wayned or James is gunna get Franchised. If i was betting on it, I would bet Wayne. |
