the more i think about it, the more i just may pass on buying this for the 360 and simply ripping it to my ps2 HDD. I had high hopes last year with online play, but the lag was FAR to bad to even have half a fun match. If Live didnt fix the prob, then i dont see much a reason to get it on 360. Also, the lack of using your own music from the HDD (although i know its a small thing, i still consider it one of the bigger advantages to HAVING the damn HDD) is lame, this should have been thrown in from the get-go. If shit for games like Raw 2 and Wrestlemania 21 (?) could do it, why not SvR07?

At least I'm not alone on this one. I've had Royal Mail parcels come as late as 4 though. So I'm not overly bothered. Theres no reason why it shouldn't come today, when it was posted 2 days ago on 1st class

The controls will take a good couple of hours to get totally used to, something which playing the demo has helped doing.

Well yeah, but when the demo 1st came out, I kinda bailed on that one
I just kept using the PS2 controls. But when I was messing around on it this morning, I thought I'd attack the ref....only to find that the button for changing targets is the D-Pad....the same button as taunt

So back to the drawing board I went....

Not sure bout the full game, but in the demo it has Type A, Type B Type C etc.

I think if I used the old control scheme, I'd get bored really quickly like I have in the previous games. The right stick controls make the game feel fresh, for me anyway.

C was the closest I could find, and thats the one I was talking about. The D-pad changes your target as well as taunting. So if you're in a triple treat, you want to face another guy, you press the dpad, and you have to wait for your guy to stop prancing around.

But I agree with Disturbed, now that I'm used to the new controls its so much better. The game has a more fresh feeling to it

Thats the thing about Play.com, because it's based in Jersey, things always take a little more time to get here, even if it's done using first class postage.

Is sd v raw out now in the uk then??? I have to wait until next week anyway due to lack of funds! Someone inform me on what the loading times are like, a rep goes to the person that does.

It's out on Friday but the majority of people who pre order from game.co.uk/gameplay/play.com will get it a day early because they send the games out on Wednesday. I should be getting mine tomorrow and I'm only in Uni for an hour so I know what I'm doing all day.

Btw in smackdown sk7 for the 360, if you have an opponent in a front grapple how the hell do you turn them round so you swich them to a back grapple? Using the default control layout.
