I agree Alge is def a top 10 (or maybe even top 5 since after Gates and Gonzo theres usually debate) and Hall is a top 10 CB in the league and Brooking is one of the more underated LBs in the league.

Kinda weird that the Rams have a good-decent TE now, in Randy Mcmichael. It's been forever.

I dunno.. Mcmichael can contribute. Klopfenstein and Byrd are gonna be great as well, Klopfenstein really showed some flashes last year.

Fahkir Brown missed a test, he didn't do anything to get that 4 game suspension. He said it was simply a misunderstanding of the testing time or whatever. Also, Bob Sanders is on the PUP list. Tough guy.

They have to be strict. he may have genuinely forgot the time or not understood, but they cant let it slide, or else everyone who is on something can play that card.

Also, I thought coming out Klopfenstein and Byrd were going to be nasty, and they still can be, but sticking them behind McMicheal is not helping. This is one of the few times I think youth over experience would be a plus. Randy will pull some attention off the others, so I guess it will work out, but I dont know if I would have done it. I guess that is why I dont have a job as a gm.

Yeah, Mcmichael is gonna pull attention away from our WR's, we are gonna use him a shitload in the red zone Linehan said. I just can't wait to see this offense. Bulger, Jackson, Holt, Bruce, Bennett, Mcmichael, Brian Leonard. Oh god.

Bob Sanders is still recovering from offseason shoulder surgery. You know.. the shoulder he was wrecking dudes with in the playoffs and to a Superbowl victory. Yah i'd say he's pretty tough. Ask Cedric Benson. |

Aging Hasbeen? Dude, he just turned 28 and he's only been in the league 6 years... I don't think he ever lived up to his full potential in Miami, we'll see what he does in STL. Also, the Patriots have been very succesful making TE a key component, signing free agents and drafting, Grahm 1st round 2002, Watson 1st round 2004 and then Dave Thomas 3rd 2006 |

Damn Chad Scott just got put on IR ending his season...he was projected a starter at CB for the Pats since Samuel still hasn't signed. Really gonna have to sign Asante now, since right now the starting corners for the Pats are Ellis Hobbs and Randall Gay or maybe Brandan Meriweather who played safety in college

Randy Mcmichael is 28 years old, where did you see he was 32?! He's gonna be a huge factor in the redzone for us.

why not just start Jamarcus riight away, they are going to suck either way, instead they sign the guy who was used to describe Russell....except all agree he was better than Daunte

I gotta be honest, if Duante didnt get injured, i dont think Jamarcus would be better. But...I think they should start Jamarcus. Seems like they're setting themselves up for a possible quarterback contreversy

No way should Russel start. Not a good idea to get your QB killed in his first year.
I'm sure by the end of the year though he will be the starter. |

Russell is going to hold out it seems. He wants at least 30 mil guarnteed.
Culpepper should start for Oakland then either at the later part of the season or the start of next they should start Russell. |

I really have a problem with people holding out, you're getting paid to live a dream and you are gonna miss training camp to get an extra million dollars or something. If I was in that position I would seriously play for no salary or the minimum required salary no matter who I was.

I totally agree AM, but guys look at it like ''I am better than so-so at my position and his team is paying him double what I am making, so they expect a large contract like that for themself.

Granted these guys make a ridiculous amount of money, but still, it's a business. If a team is ready to cut a player and totaly void his contract at any time why shouldn't a player hold out for more money? They are the only ones generating all the money anyways...Nobody is packing the stadiums to watch the GMs play on Sundays you know? |

Not gonna lie going to an NFL game and rooting for the other team kinda sucks, Seattle is probably the worst city to do that in too. They retired the number 12 for the 12th man!
